Each room was beautifully and comfortably furnished. The appliances were in excellent condition and there were plenty of dishes/pots/pans available for our use. Our children were thrilled that we could make our own smoothies in the blender we found in the cupboard :) The flat screen TV's, paperback books and DVD collections were also very thoughtful and nice as well. All communication between the owner and myself was exceptional and I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience from reservation to returning home. Thank you so much - it was a wonderful stay!

Place was nice, lots of chairs on balcony where we sit out every day, living room couch and chair need to be changed, very unconfortable. had enough kitchen glasses and plates, showers in bathrooms were great. Needs curtins in the master bedroom, too much light coming in at morning time. table in dining area sat everyone, very nice. Tv's were nice, even had HBO. rented the condo for the month but we had to be out on the 29th, usually most places have you out by 10:00am on the first

This is a very nice condo. We had an excellent time. The condo is very clean and has awesome views. The facility itself it very nice too. There are so many pools and the staff was very nice. We will def visit again.

Beautiful Condo

Some of my college friends and myself decided to go to Myrtle Beach for a little reunion of sorts, and we couldn't have found a better condo to rent. It is the perfect size, has everything you need in terms of space for people, and has some of the most beautiful views in the resort. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and the spacious living room is wonderful, with the big flat screen TV. Probably my favorite part was the wrap-arund balcony. I mean this thing is very big, with lots of space to relax, while getting many different views of the resort and ocean. Cathy is a wonderful person to work with when you decide that this is the condo that you want. She makes things very easy for you to check in and check out in a timely manner. I very much highly recommend this unit to others if staying at Seawatch. I know that my friends and I will definitely want to come back around the same time next year; if available of course.

We were very impressed with our stay at Sea Watch. We have stayed at Sea Watch before but this Condo was by far the nicest and had the most of any we have stayed at. The owners were very good to work with and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a nice condo to consider this one at Sea Watch. For those with kids, its right above the pool so you can watch your kids swim and have fun from the wrap-around balcony. It was a great vacation. And, the Wi-Fi worked great. Many thanks to Cathy!

This condo at SeaWatch was perfect! This was our first time using VRBO and it could not have been a better experience. What you see online is what you get with this condo...it was very clean and well furnished. Great location and perfect for families...the view from the balcony was awesome! I would highly recommend this condo/resort. The owner was easy to contact and a pleasure to work with. We had a wonderful week in Myrtle Beach and we are thankful we found this property to make our stay the best! We hope to come back in the future for another vacation!

The resort is a close drive to just about everything. We had a great time. We had four kids and three adults with plenty of room. Everything that you could need or want is in this condo from beach toys/chairs to the fully equipped kitchen. This was our second summer staying in Cathy's condo and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Cathy is very responsive and great to work with.

This was a perfect place for all of us. We had four adults and 4 kids. The property had everything it said. The place was clean when we got there and had plenty of kitchen utensils/pans for us to make food all week. The resort had plenty of family activities and the pools were great! Cathy was helpful and efficient through the whole process. I would recommend this property to anyone and we look forward to renting it again.

This was an excellent condo. It was on the ocean, with views from all around in the condo. It was well stocked with kitchen equipment and games for the kids. Myrtle Beach Condo

Myself and a friend rented this condo with our combined 5 children. We had a wonderful time and will return again. The view from the condo was superb and at night the sounds of pond frogs and ocean surf was mesmerising. The children loved the access to the pool and ocean and we had plenty of room for everyone. The owners respond to problems immediately and make every attempt to make sure the condo is issue free. We can't wait for next year!!

accomadations were good, but I was very disappointed that we were not made aware of the fact the there was construction going on in the complex. We heard power washers being run all day and on a couple of days, if we sat on balcony, we were sprayed with the mist from the power washers.

Despite the noise and mist I do hope that you were able to enjoy the beach and other fun activites in MB. The condo was very comfortable and well stocked, We really liked the front-on view of the ocean and loved hearing the ocean at night. The only thing we didn't like about the condo was it faced east and when that sun came up, we were up. The window treatments seemed to let in a lot of light and it was very sunny in the condo by 7 am. We felt very safe in this location-there were lots of other families there. The location of the Super Wal-Mart was great except going there on a Saturday evening when we first got into town probably wasn't a good idea. It seemed like they were out of a lot of things we needed. Our weather was great and we found plenty of activities to do in Myrtle Beach. We ate seafood every time we went out to eat and loved it! The lock system they use on the door was very convenient-no need to remember to bring a key every time you left the condo.

March Break 2010

We have stayed in a number of units at Seawatch in both towers and this was by far the nicest one yet! We had a fantastic week of weather, and golfed 5 of 7 days! My wife and two kids invited our friends and their two girls to come with us this year for March Break. The condo easily slept all 8 of us and there was still room to spare! The decor and finishings are superb and the kitchen is fully stocked! Seawatch is the best resort in Myrtle Beach and this unit is the best one we have stayed in. Cathy is great to deal with, and the price was right on the mark! If you are planning a trip to Myrtle Beach definitely stay here!

We are pleased to share our comments to review our wonderful fall vacation in Myrtle Beach - we stayed at Seawatch VRBO #37183 during the month of October 2009 - this was an excellent comfortable condo located in the south building of Seawatch - the weather was cool at first but then warmed up nicely and we enjoyed every sunrise with a great view of the ocean on the comfortable balcony patio - we invited our friends to visit us and they enjoyed their first time in Myrtle Beach - this location is so close to everything - including shopping, restaurants and golf (the resort has its own course) so easy to play there as well. The unit was very well equipped for comfort and the pool areas are more than adequate as well as many hot tubs. You can enjoy meals at the restaurant located in the north building but I would not necessarily recommend that part. The beach walk to the Pier was a daily event - finding shells early mornings and watching the dolphins play were so enjoyable. The Nosek's who own the unit made every effort to make our stay pleasant and we would definitely recommend anyone to enjoy a reservation in Myrtle Beach with Seawatch Resort.

My Wife and I have just returned from a fabulous week at Seawatch Resort. We were lucky enough to rent this 3 bedroom unit from the Owner who was extremely helpful and and a pleasure to deal with. The Condo is very spacious,well decorated and furnished, and extrmely clean. It is equipped with every facility you could ever wish for to make your vacation run smoothly. The location of the Condo is a real bonus and whether it be morning coffee or a quiet evening glass of wine after a day on the beach, the balcony with its great oceanfront view provides the perfect location. Seawatch resort is centrally located for all the fantastic amenities Myrtle Beach has to offer and we would certainly recommend this condo to anyone contemplating Myrtle Beach as a vacation destination. We will certainly be back.

What a lovely "home away from home." This beautiful condo is certainly cared for and it shows throughout with all of the lovely personal touches within the suite. The kitchen has every imaginable cooking/serving dish that you would ever want to use, allowing you to easily entertain a large crowd if needed! There is something for guests of all ages. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony and looked forward to our daily viewing of the dolphins while they played in the ocean. Cathy was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. SeaWatch is one of the nicest family resorts we have visited. Last year, we were in the North Tower. This year, we really enjoyed staying at the South Tower - it seemed like there were more families there. The condo unit was great - extremely clean and comfortable (especially the couch) for the whole family of eight. The owners are very pleasant to deal with and get back to you right away with any questions.

This unit is everything the owner says it is...well equipped kitchen comfortable beds and ample room for our family. The view was great!!!!! The best was the keyless entry never had to look for a key or worry about losing one. This is a luxury resort. The oceanfront views from this unit are spectactular. Each morning we sat on the balcony and watched the sunrise. The porpoise were fun to watch. The unit is well furnished and comfortable. We will be back next year.
