Or, cool off in your private infinity edge pool and see the twinkling lights of the local fishing boats on their evening run. This condo has high ceilings not found in the regular condos which makes it feel more like a luxury home, and has comfortable upscale furnishings to pamper you and your guests during your stay. The Master suite has a King sized bed with a top of the line premium mattress for your sleeping comfort. There is also an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet. Two large Samsung Flat Screen TV's are provided for your viewing pleasure- one 50" in the family room and one 42" in the Master Bedroom. The second bedroom is located at the other end of the condominium and has floor to ceiling windows with beautiful views of the golf course and surrounding mountains. There is a Queen and single bed there, both with top of the line premium mattresses. A foldaway cot is available if a sixth bed is needed. The living room and dining area are both more than adequate in this 1800 square foot Penthouse for a group of six as you will see in the photographs. And, the kitchen is fully equipped, and has plenty of counter space. And, if you really want to make your trip memorable, allow us to arrange a special meal prepared for you right in your own condo. Experience local cuisine prepared by one of our qualified staff. We will shop, prepare the meal, serve it, and clean up afterwards. Beyond the kitchen is the laundry room with a washer, dryer, and ironing board. This condo is the very definition of what you would call a luxury suite. Beyond the condo itself, there are wonderful amenities in the complex for you to enjoy such as the spa, gymnasium, video viewing room, pool restaurant, tennis courts, huge 70 meter pool, and jacuzzi. Directly across the street is the Marina Golf course, touted as one of the best courses in Mexico by Golf Magazine. And, the Marina and its many restaurants (includes Pizza, Seafood, Mexican, etc) is also a short walk across the street. The public transportation system is excellent and convenient - buses come by every few minutes, and, if you don't want to walk, you can hop on a bus and be in the center of town in about 3 or 4 minutes for 8 pesos. There is also unlimited free incoming and outgoing calls to the US and Canada from this condominium. We also offer free calls for our guests to Canada and the US from IZ Properties' office right on the boulevard in the center of Ixtapa. All of our guests also receive laminated discount cards which will provide discounts exclusive to IZ Properties clients from many of the restaurants in Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo, and many of the Vendors. The list of participating Vendors and Restaurants is constantly expanding, thereby providing you with more opportunities to save money during your vacation. Also, when available, we can provide transportation to and from the airport. If you wish to take advantage of any of the extra services, just let us know. I have made the journey to Ixtapa now for 10+ years and every time I fall in love all over again. I have stayed in several apartments now at the BVG Marina and each is special and different. This place how ever took it to the next level. The pictures don't do it justice, the pool the rooms and the facilities are great. The attention that I received from IZ properties from the moment we arrived to the moment we sadly left Craig made sure all was taken care of. His staff made us feel extremely welcomed and they made sure we were confident in our stay, which we were very happy. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the kitchen has all that's needed ( a great dining room) and the amenities were great. The POOL, now that a whole other story its AMAZING. If you don't want to join everyone else in the huge pool downstairs you can enjoy and relax in the comfort of your room. Just watch out the floor gets a little slippery when you come out. I recommend this place for families (which was what I did on this trip) for the girls getaway or just 2 of you to unwind. Truly a great spot to come and enjoy Ixtapa's beauty. Great food across the street at the Marina a plus.Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We were tired of the noisy, crowded, line up for everything all-inclusives and decided to venture into condo renting. It was our pleasure to be able to spend three weeks in the Bay View Grand Marina in Pent House 3 North. It was just as luxurious, spacious and comfortable as the article had stated. The condo was very well decorated and contained everything you need to live comfortably even if you chose not to go out for dinner! We especially enjoyed the comfortable king size bed provided in the master bedroom and the large TV for those early nights to bed. Double sinks, walk in closet and large shower were also enjoyed for their convenience and beauty. The second bedroom hosted our guests who enjoyed the queen and single beds but would have preferred the queen bed to be a little softer. The kitchen had a super gas stove and oven that we used frequently. The dishwasher, though a little loud was well used. The absolute best part of the condo has to be the deck, with the private infinity pool. We loved it! We would like to have had some kind of umbrella for the table, as the afternoons became quite hot and a little shade would have been nice. Every detail from our arrival, stay and departure was taken care of with professionalism and caring concern. We were catered to like royalty and loved everything. The pictures and write-up provided were accurate but actually living and enjoying it was the best! The highlights of Ixtapa for us are the beach, the perfect weather and the small town feel with every amenity you could wish for on a vacation. Now we just have to wait for next year for our 7th year back to Ixtapa!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
