  Rebecca was very easy to work with and this property was immaculate. The climate control was very good and the gas fireplace was an added bonus after a day on the slopes. The 4-top table was very functional immediately abutting the island of a well-stocked kitchen. Good water pressure in the shower. Very convenient access via the central pathway and absent a large snowpack the small mtn-facing patio connects even quicker to the walkway leading to the parking lot. The bed was very comfortable. Finally, the hottub and pool complex were surprisingly nicely updated....The Rockies is a slightly older condominium complex but between the updated unit, updated pool/hottub, and easy mountain access I'd consider this a luxury stay! I'll definitely work with Rebecca again for my Steamboat mountainside accomodations.

  The condo was very nicely decorated and very well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the towels soft and fluffy. It is on the ground floor but gets lots of sunlight in both the bedroom and the living room. The location is very convenient: walking distance to the mountain (although only younger people than me would walk there carying skis) and a very short drive to town. There is a bus stop for the bus that will take you to the mountain literally steps away at the end of the building. Cross country skiing center is also just a few minutes drive away. The condo kept us quite warm and cozy in spite of a couple of days of very cold temperatures. The owners are incredibly responsive to any questions or issues that you may have (we had no issues).   Great condo - comfortable and well appointed. Exactly as described. Perfect for a couple. Kitchen equipped in every pot, appliance and utensil one may need. Owners were very responsive and accommodating - pleasure to work with. They patiently answered all my questions before the stay and promptly assisted me when I locked myself out during the stay. Easy payment method and prompt refund of the damage deposit. I can definitely recommend this property.

  clean and simple, comfortable. easily accessible. great for a stay when you have a lot of outdoor activities planned since this is a smaller unit. unit has no airco but was not necessary to us. left the blinds closed when the sun would hit that side; opened windows for cool air. bottle of red wine on the house was a nice touch ! will definitely consider coming back here.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+.

  We absolutely loved our stay at The Rockies. The accommodations were perfect! The apartment is very well equipped and well appointed. The location is amazing - you could walk to the mountain or take a very quick shuttle ride. Town is only a few short miles as well. The hot tub was a welcome relief after a day on the slopes. The owners were very kind, accessible and answered all of our questions! This warm and cozy spot made for a perfect vacation.
