This upscale home in Blue Water Bay at beautiful Center Hill Lake has breathtaking views from its expansive decks. The home's interior features open living areas, gas log fireplace, beautifully furnished kitchen and fabulous coastal appeal in design and decor. The 2-sided fireplace is at the center of the main living area opening to the living room and dining room. There is also an adjoining space with pool table. The kitchen is fully furnished and features stainless steel appliances, solid surface counters and a casual breakfast bar. Enjoy magnificent sunsets in the dining room and deck. Your kids will love our little "game room" on the lower level with flat screen TV and Playstation 2. The spacious Master Retreat features a Queen bed, private bath and French doors leading to the lower deck....the perfect place to have your morning coffee overlooking the lake. There are 2 additional bedroom suites, one with Queen bed and one with twin over full bunk beds. Both of these suites have private baths and access to shared deck. There's also a bunk area for extra sleeping accomodations. Our community features an amenity center with Olympic size pool overlooking the lake. You can also relax by the fireplace on the covered terrace with ample dining and seating space. If you can't miss your daily workout, there's a spacious fully equipped fitness center. Take a walk down to the water via our community lake trail just a few steps from the house. Enjoy a few tranquil moments in the quiet cove. Our grandkids love skipping rocks and fishing there. If you want to be ON the water, the nearby marina offers boat rental and complimentary valet service. We are located 75 miles from Nashville,120 miles from Knoxville and 100 miles from Chattanooga. There's plenty of activities or it's the perfect place to have your own quiet retreat. A year-round escape!

We love Center Hill Lake and it is 1 hour from home and Nashville. It's like a vacation everytime we go and we have the availability of things to do or a private retreat for relaxation. We also enjoy the short walk to the water via the lake trail.

We love having the pool and the lake for our family....it offers days of relaxation and fun. Our grandkids love their own little game room with Playstation. Our family loves grilling on the deck and watching the stars come out over the lake.

We are Fran and Ron Harmon and we live in Franklin, TN. Fran is a top producing real estate agent with Bob Parks Realty in Brentwood, TN and Ron is General Manager of Parks Property Management also in Brentwood. We have 3 daughters, 1 son, and 3 grandsons. Spending time with our family is very important to us and the lake house gives us the opportunity to make a lot of lasting memories. We love the water and enjoy traveling to all types of water destinations which allows us to know exactly what travelers are looking for and their expectations.

I spent a weekend here when the weather was dreary, but it had no effect on my stay. This lake home is a higher quality than any home or condo I have rented at the beach (Seaside included). Cozy atmosphere, 4 private bathe, lots of decks, it was the BEST !!

Thank you so much for a great weekend getaway! The lakehouse and location were perfect! We loved the peaceful views from the decks! We could not have asked for a more beautifully decorated place to stay- we especially loved the artwork... the house was so special and so comfy cozy for the entire family. The fishing was fantastic, and we didn't even get out on a boat!! Thank you for the Burgess Falls recommendation- it was refreshing and breathtaking! Truly we could not have asked for anything better- beautiful home, beautiful surroundings, and a peacefulness we all needed! Thank you and we look forward to visiting again!"

"Thank you so much for the beautiful "cottage". The space and beauty of this place is hard to describe with all the bathrooms, the great kitchen, the size of the decks, the only thing you need is food. The early morning walks were so quiet and peaceful . It was the BEST and most RELAXING vacation we have ever had. The pool table and resort size pool was icing on the cake. We can't wait to come back.

Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us for our trip to Center Hill Lake. The cottage was beautiful and had all the comforts of home. We were at the lake, but certainly weren't "roughing it". It was a perfect welcome after a day on the lake or a canoe trip on the Caney Fork River. we spent days on the lake and late afternoons at the pool which was just the ticket for our six year old with boundless energy.
