  The cottage was well appointed and plenty of room!! The view was great and the song birds were heaven in the mornings/evenings watching from the split level deck. We even had a turkey greet us on our arrival one evening. Smithville had everything we needed and Center Hill Lake is close to several state parks and attractions. We will be back in the future! Ron and Fran, ya'll have a great place!!!

• Fantastic all around

  We stayed there for a retreat last month and it was nothing short of a fantastic experience all around. The house is well-kept and well-furnished, the views from the four decks, especially at sunset, are wonderful, and Ron was great to work with. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the house was very spacious - in my opinion, much larger than the pictures make it out to be. We could not have had a better time or be more pleased with our trip, and we highly recommend anyone considering this home to stay there!

  Wonderful! That describes our stay. We were looking for a nice home for a after Christmas getaway & that is exactly what we got. The home was spotless & just like the photos shown on the VRBO site. We have stayed at several VRBO rentals, but this was the best. Comfortable furnishing, spacious, & tastefully decorated. Would highly recommend this home! Nearby Fall Creek Falls was beautiful.

  The home was nicely decorated, slept well on the beds, house was clean. My only dissappointment was the kitchen. If you are going to have a family of 9 people at this home you better bring along some extra cooking pots and pans, casserole dishes...etc. We flew into Nashville, so naturaly we did not pack these items. I guess it wouldn't be bad if you were local or if you were planning to just eat all your meals out. So, I must say the kitchen was poorly stocked, hopefully this will help future renters. Also, I would like to let future renters know that there are some fastfood eateries in town, we could only find one breakfast diner...but nothing fancy. Wi-fi was working fine, grill was nice...grilled out one night. Tried to keep the remainder of our meals to something we didn't need much seasoning, condiments or cooking dishes. I did have a delay in receiving my damage deposit back, some kind of mail problem I was told.

I am glad we were able to get your deposit back within a couple of weeks even though the original was lost in the mail. Again, thanks for the comments, we strive to make our lake house rental a great experience for all of our guests.

  We had a wonderful stay in this home! Myself, my husband, my brother, sister in law and 2 kids stayed here. There was plenty of room and the home itself is beautiful! The decor is very nice. We grilled out one night and rented a boat at the marina the next day. A really great stay! Thank you to the owners!

  The house in Bluewater Bay is simply amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the views are incredible. The pool along with being close to the lake is like being at the beach. We will definatly being staying at this home in the future, thanks Ron and Fran for everything. You won't find anyone better.

  We enjoyed our stay at your VRBO very much. We hiked and visited waterfalls... there are so many in the area. The day it rained we stayed in and enjoyed the comforts and view from the house. We look forward to a return visit with friends.

  Very Nice House that is convenient to pool and very private. We enjoyed the great views of the lake and hills. Property is close to marinas, we enjoyed spending the day on the lake!

  My family and I recently stayed at the center hill cottage and we absolutely loved it!! It was so relaxing and we had all of the amenities of home and more. Everyone had their own bathroom and even their own deck area. There was even games at the house such as uno and monopoly which created a fun time for the entire family. We plan on coming back again soon!! Thanks for memories and the really nice house to stay in!!
