  Just got back from a great stay here. The place is spacious and comfortable. It's a bit difficult to describe the layout on a website, but there are effectively two self-contained apartments (main and guest house; each with kitchen/living room) within a single space with shared outdoor halls and rooftop patio. There is a third detached unit (bed/bath) on the second floor by the jacuzzi. Great if members of a group want privacy. Martin and Roderigo were very helpful and came the same day to fix the jacuzzi when the heater stopped working. The apartment is in a great leafy neighbourhood (Palermo Hollywood) with walking distance access to great restaurants and cafes; Palermo Soho is a long walk away with more restaurants and lots of shops.

  I stayed at this house with family and friends on a quiet, leafy street in Palermo Hollywood. I loved the location because you are in a fantastic, beautiful, area with tons of character which is still so close to the action. It is totally safe and easy to walk to interesting places or catch a taxi if going farther afield. It is like having a nice retreat to return to when you are finished with your day sightseeing in the city. The patio was awesome! We spent a few evenings just relaxing and cooking up there and watching the sunset. It is definitely a highlight. I also liked the decor of the house. The house is so much better than staying at a hotel! The listing description and photos are accurate. The property was clean and well maintained. I would 100% recommend this place to family and friends. I was surprised how reasonable it was when broken down between us all. I can't wait to go back!

  It was really excellent.Clean,all worked,owner (actually the person in charge in name of owner) was more trhan helpfull in all kind of assistance:where to go,what to see,transportation,and quick and kind. We stayed a full week-pity could not stay more-had to ""suffer""ski in Bariloche.But enjoyed every minute of the 8 days.We were 3 families:My wife and me,our daughter,husband and three kids (12-10-6) and our son and wife. It was winter and the house-both departments had good warming equipment. Pictures reflected very well the reality of this house.We have no reserve to recomend it to friends, family or others.

  I stayed at this house earlier this year and was happy with my experience. The rooms were large and comfortable and the house is located in an excellent area of town for visitors-everything is easily accessible which is great when in a new city. We especially enjoyed cooking on the rooftop bbq and spending evenings there before enjoying the city's nightlife. The house is far more stylish than most hotels and you get the privacy and space you required. This great for short or long stays. I was surprised that it was also quite affordable and in a group it is the best way to go. I would stay here again if we came back. There isn't a thing I can think of that would be negative about this property.

  Wow... what a house and what a location !!! My family and friends stayed here (all different ages and agendas) and had an amazing time. The house is beautiful and private and we all had our private rooms with a balcony and we loved the rooftop terrace with barbq and funky glass hot tub !!! The house is walking distance from the coolest restaurants, night life and boutiques but quiet enough for our parents to rest. We don't go back to the same house twice, but in this case we would definitely come back. Our stay was MAGIC....
