Each bedroom has an unobstructed beach view and access to the spacious, wrap-around balcony that puts you “at the beach” no matter the weather.
“What a View” is traditionally furnished with granite countertops, richly stained cabinetry and tiled flooring throughout with the exception of carpeted bedrooms. The living area and each bedroom is equipped with high-def, flat-screen TVs as well as high-def DVD players. Take advantage of the property’s inclusive DVD rentals and enjoy great movies and a great view. Also included is free, broadband WI-FI.
The master suite has a king bed, walk-in closet and private bath with a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and his and her sinks. There is a sitting area for reading or watching TV. Enter the second bedroom through a private hall to a queen bed, private bath, and a spacious closet. The third bedroom has twin beds, a private bath, and closet.
For those who love a dip in the pool after a fun day at the beach, you’ll enjoy the unique 7500 square foot lagoon swimming pool that is heated during the "shoulder" seasons and winter holidays. Other amenities include free beach chairs and an umbrella during the March-October season, a tennis court, and a fitness center.
The Dunes of Seagrove is next to Deer Lake State Park (a coastal habitat), approximately two miles from Seaside, five miles from Rosemary Beach, and a 20-minute drive to the Silver Sands Outlet Shops in Destin. Wonderful dining along 30-A is 10 minutes from your door.
