PH 13 Quinta Pacifica is a very beautiful Beach Front Penthouse Located in one of the most beautiful beaches in Nuevo Vallarta at Riviera Nayarit.
Having enough room to comfortably sleep 6 adults and 2 kids plus being surrounded by this atmosphere is the reason I dare to call this condo the best rental property of the Nuevo Vallarta area.
This Corner Penthouse is a unique property that provides a wide ocean view and allows the ocean breeze to flow in to the condo, keeping it fresh.
The Penthouse has 3 bedrooms (good size). The Master bedroom has a 10 foot plus wide window that allows a complete ocean view. The MB includes a bathroom and a living room.
Room No2. Has a view to the swimming pool area, and a partial view of the beach and of the back garden. This room has 2 single beds set together plus 2 more pull out single beds.
Room No3. Faces the central patio of the condominum common area. This room has 2 single beds plus 2 more pull out single beds.
Room 2 & 3 share a full bathroom.
Eventough these 3 rooms are incredibly comfortable you will find yourself enjoying most of your time in the following areas of the Penthouse:
The Kitchen Area is an open aera from wher you can view the ocean while cooking. Next to the kitchen breakfast bar you will find a dinning room area where you will also have the spectacular view of this Penthouse.
On the other end of the kitchen you will find a very spacious laundry room.
A t the front corner of the condo you will be able to have a very enjoyable dinner with a view to the swimming pool to your left and a front view of the ocean.
The front Terrace will convince anyone that this property is a piece of heaven. Once you have had breakfast in this area or once have had a drink while watching the sunset you will know this property is the place you have always dreamed.

Our family has been in this penthouse every time we go to Nuevo Vallarta now, We like to go in August or beginning of September, don´t ask us why. We love it, the place has air conditioning and when you are on the beach you don´t feel the heat. We love it and we won´t go to any other place, and when we had to, it ha not been the same. Every day we placed ourselves in one of the pagodas, located on the beach of the building. Behind, we have the pool for the kids and in the front we have the beach with warm water, peaceful like being in another pool sometimes, but always good enough to ride our buggy boards. Our kids were always safe there because it never got too rough to worry about getting hurt or pulled by a tied. Because Quinta Pacifica is next to a hotel we enjoyed the comfort of being served drinks while sunbathing if we wanted, or we bring our cooler fool of drinks for the kids or for us. The pictures you see are not an exaggeration, as a matter of fact, the place is more spacious than it looks in these pictures. Rooms seem to be spacious enough for 4 people and the master room has a little leaving room inside! Inside decorations cannot be better. The place, by the pool, has another open covert area with tables to play cards or table games, you can bring your ow music, and feel the breeze while you hear the waves of the beach in front of you at night or during the day if you felt like being by the pool and covered. The penthouse, as our family calls it, has a long balcony with chairs to enjoy the view, look at the scenery, experience sunsets or early sunrises. We walk on the beautiful sandy beach, place is always clean in and out. We usually rent a car, but we have taken the bus and taxies from the hotel next door to go to Puerto Vallarta town and they are very comfortable. There are little stores and even Costco close by to shop if you want, and a big Walmart close by also to do more grocery shopping. A mall close by with amazing restaurants, we love an Argentinian one, but they have so many other ones to choose if you don´t want to cook that night. We could always go to the restaurant of the hotel next door if we want to, or to the Mayan few buildings over. You also find fun shopping and good bargains at the mall and hotels. The owners are magnificent! Attentive, friendly, easy to reach if needed, and all they advertise it is true. Can´t wait to go back!! I recommend it indeed!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: I was born in Guadalajara and move to Nuevo Vallarta 10 years ago after finishing College. I am a Insurance Broker in the Riviera Nayarit area. I moved to this area because I love to surf and to scuba dive.
Why the Owner Chose Quinta Pacifica:
This property has been in my family for more thatn 10 years.
I was blessed to live in this PentHouse for 6 years . Then, I got married and we decided to move to a 2 stories townhouse with a bigger yard.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
When I lived in this property I loved to run everymorning watching the sunrise behind the mountains.
I also used to swim everyday in my lunch break for 20 minutes in the swiming pool.
I loved to spend time on the beach reading or just listening to music.
Every sunset is different and becomes very special by sharing it with a glass of wine or a beer.
My nieces loved to play in the swiming pool and to they loved to build sand casttles.
