This 6th floor unit has 2 bedrooms (1 king bed and 1 has twin beds) with a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. There are two full bathrooms; diningroom with table and 4 chairs and 2 additional seats at the bar counter overlooking the kitchen. A very large balcony with table, 6 chairs and a chaise lounge, having ocean and river views with access to the deck from the master bedroom and the livingroom.
The kitchen is fully equiped with all appliances.There are many small appliances including a coffee pot, waffle maker, toaster, toaster oven and can opener and enough dishes, pots, pans and knives, forks and spoons to accomodate any cook.
The laundry has a full size washer and dryer with ironing board and iron.
Flat screen televisions in both bedrooms with Blu-ray/DVD players, and flat screen with DVD player in livingroom. Many games, puzzles and DVDs to entertain ages 3 to 103 or bring along your DVDs you have not had time to watch.
Once you stay with us, you will want to return year after year. We have rented the condo for full months each year to returning guests. We also have many summer rentals for a week or two weeks at a time that have stayed with us before.

We spent the most wonderful 3 weeks in this very spacious condo. Our children, grandchildren, sisters and their families all spent Thanksgiving with us in condos on the same floor. This is the nicest condo we have stayed in as the kitchen is well equipped with small appliances and has everything to cook meals or have snacks and the condo was very clean and well maintained. The furniture all looked new in the lovingroom and master bedroom. All of the items provided were.top notch and had plenty of towels and linens. The recliners were just like being home when we watched the flat screen televisions or movies provided. This condo was much bigger than the other ones our families rented. We found the views were very relaxing while sitting in the living room from all chairs as you could see the ocean in the mirrowed wall. We ate at Aunt Catfish on the River 3 times in 3 weeks as this restaurant had the best salad bar of any place we have ever been and their early bird special s were priced just right. We would recommend this unit to anyone and you would not be disappointed. Your stay would be wondersul. We plan to return in the future to stay in this lovely condo again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

Love, love, loved this condo!!! This condo is perfect, we felt at home while we were here. It has everything you could ever need and more, didn't lack a thing. The kitchen is truly fully equiped, lots say "fully equiped" but this one is! Loved the layout of this condo; with the bedrooms being down a hallway and away from the kitchen and living room area. The balcony is hugh with plenty of space to sit. The views of the ocean and the Halifax river was beautiful, the river view at night is amazing! The building is a secure complex and we felt very safe. The beach here is not crowed like other area beaches. We will be booking this condo every year for our perfect vacation!!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

About the owner: Three sisters own this unit at SandPoint. I am the oldest and retired from the legal profession; I have a son, a daughter and son-in-law and 2 grandchildren (girls). The next sister works at an animal hospital and has 1 son and 1 grandson. The youngest of the three of us also works at an animal hospital. She has 2 daughters, 1 grandson and 1 granddaughter. We live in Georgia within a 25 mile radius of each other. The youngest sister lives on a large lake and loves boating. The other sister lives in what was a very small town that has grown to be a small city and she loves to shop and eat out. I enjoy going to auctions, shopping and eating out. We get together to celebrate all holidays and birthdays and we take vacations together and with all the family when time permits.
Why the Owner Chose Sand Point:
We purchased our vacation property at Sandpoint because of the security, beautiful grounds being well maintained, the peace and quiet of the surroundings and with a wonderfully large balcony area. We love the Daytona Beach Shores area as we have super memories from our childhood vacations and the location to other Florida attractions is perfect. The beach is not as crowded and is the perfect location between two bridges for easy access to the mainland and fine restaurants and shopping in and around town.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We have all loved the shopping, the beach and the balcony is especially wonderful for reading or surfing the web. There always seems to be a cool breeze. We have enjoyed the bus service from our end of the beach to the other which is nice if you would like to go to a movie, the water park or eat at Bubba Gumps at a mall in the middle of Daytona Beach while the husbands take the car and golf nearby. We have had great times on tour buses to Orlando instead of driving to the parks and entertainment there. You too can enjoy your vacation like we do at the condo
