  My wife and I had a nice stay during spring break. The room was clean and the 1st floor is great when going out to the beach. Love staying at the Mariner West. Great for the family or for couples looking for a quiet beach getaway. We will definitely stay again.

  My family and I stayed for three nights during spring break. The complex was extremely quiet and very family oriented. The beach wasn't crowded, and there was plenty of pool and beach space. The porch to this place SOLD me. We have a four year old and a seven year old that was with us. They had sooo much room to play on the porch and right in front of us on the pool deck. This place has the best porch and location in the building. The condo does sleep six, but it is on the small side. Even though it is small, it is clean and comfortable. We will be back. Also, the owner's were great to work with and answered every question promptly.

  My family and I have had the opportunity to stay at this wonderful condo twice in the last year. The place is spotless and the corner unit is the bomb!! The Medlocks are incredible folks that share their "home away from home" with others - what a blessing!! We will return and have found a place that is absolutely wonderful.   Our first visit to your condo was Aug.17-20 2012 and was way too short! Everything was as advertised.My family consisted of four adults,being myself,my daughter,son and grandson,we were very comfortable and although it rained much of the time even that was relaxing to! Very nice place.hope to return soon and stay at least a week,thank you Adriane for being so accommodating.

  Adriane is very pleasant and one of the most helpful owners we've ever rented from. Our little vacation was a last minute get-away and with Adriane's help, everything worked out great. The condo had everything we needed. It was clean and tastefully decorated, just as the pictures indicated. It is an end unit and very quiet. The grills are very convenient. There is a large table on the patio and we were able to eat outside. The beach and pool are just steps away. The views are gorgeous. This was one of our most relaxing vacations ever. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Adriane for sharing your home with us. May God bless you as you've blessed us!!

  We stayed over the Memorial weekend and had a fabulous time. Peaceful, relaxing, family friendly with all the amenities. This was our second vacation staying in this unit and again we were not disappointed. Well worth the money. It is truly our vacation paradise. Looking forward to returning next year.

  My wife and I stayed here last May. Can't count the total visits to Panama City Beach over the last 40 years, many of which were spent at the Mariner West. This was our first time in this unit - and won't be the last! The owners bend over backwards to please. The decor and furnishings are pleasant, and he end unit first-floor location provide convenience to the parking lot, the patio area and the beach. The swimming pool is at the other end of the building, assuring the stillness and quiet of this unit; no foot traffice outside your private patio.Go for it!

  First arrived had alittle difficulty getting in with housekeeping having our keysfrom the lock box, but we called Adriane she took care of it immediatley and housekeeping showed up apologized for the delay and they were as nice as can be! Our family loved staying at this condo @ Mariner. It is on a quiet end of the beach and being on the first floor at this condo worked out GREAT having the little kids and being an end unit made it feel private. We would rent this condo again!! Had another Great Vacation in PCB.

  Owners are very pleasant and professional to deal with. The unit is on the ground floor of an older condo complex that has been well maintained and is in a less crowded area of the beach but is not far from srores and restaurants. Unit turned out to be larger than I expected and in pretty good condition. Ground floor made it easy for us to make it to the pool, beach, and grills with much less effort than messing with elevators or stairs. I would definitely stay here again, and in fact have reserved the condo already for our vacation next year.

  This condo is comfortably furnished, well-stocked, and perfectly located! The ground floor unit made getting in and out both from the car and to the beach a "breeze." The corner patio is Huge and mostly shaded. The owner was very easy to work with and took the time to answer all my questions both about the unit and the location (which is ideal in my opinion- a less crowded area on Thomas Drive). We were able to walk to the new Dollar General and Schooners for dinner. Walmart, go-carts, and lots of restaurants are all within a five minute drive. We love the complex & unit and plan to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your vacation condo with others.
