We had the pleasure of staying in this house for two weeks in mid June. Our family of twelve had a great time and we never felt crowded. The house had a spectacular setting and view with a teriffic pool and large pool deck. Lunch and some dinners by the pool or on the patio off the kitchen were particularly memorable. The decor and appointments in the house are exceptionally well done. It's fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, TV watching, or any other household need. We were able to keep our boat at the protected dock practically at the front door. A full service Marina is 100 yards away. Thje community gate secxurity is a definite plus and gave us a feeling of protection during our stay. When we first arrived we had a small air coditioning issue and Colleen saw that it was taken care of immediatly. Working with her on the arrangements for the rental was a pleasure. We have been going to the Keys for many years and have rented numerous houses. This was the best experionce we have had considering the house itself, its location, and the attention and service provided by the owner. We look forwad to returning.Did you find this review helpful? The photos don't do this magnificent place justice. We had a family gathering here and it was absolutely perfect! The houses are both immaculate, beautiful and well-equipped. It made for the perfect central location for everyone to relax around the pool, enjoy large family meals (the chef's kitchen was amazing!) and take in some sunshine. In addition, booking with Colleen (one of the owners) was completely stress-free. She was so accommodating and answered my many, numerous questions of which there were plenty since we were all coming from across the country. We also had elderly relatives, so I can't express enough how invaluable it was to have a home with an elevator, it made the stay stress-free for everyone. We would love to go back and would heartily recommend it to others!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
