This direct oceanfront beachfront studio efficiency on the 11th floor has spectacular views from the balcony. The full kitchen is a rare find in an open floorplan studio efficiency. Granite countertops are in both the kitchen and bathroom. A modern flat screen HD television set finishes off the living area. The decor is modern, colorful and relaxing. There are 2 double beds to accomodate 4 people. There's room for a 5th person if you bring along portable bedding...a camping bed, fold-out ottoman, child-size inflatable air mattress, sleeping bag, pack-n-play, etc. This is a quiet building location, next door to the south corner end unit on the top floor. Staying here is a great value any time of the year.

I stayed here may 21-27 and had a wonderful time! It was my husband and I and our 3 kids! Had plenty of room. Everything was beautiful. Loved having daily cleaning service. Great weather. Didn't realize that it was going to be bike week when we was there but the room was sound proof so it didn't bother us at all. Everyone at the hotel was super helpful and pools/waterpark was great. Great communication with the owner Sarah also. Very helpful. Recommend to anyone with children.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Why the Owner Chose Sea Mist:
This resort is part of a 14 acre site with numerous ammenities for all. It is less than a 10 minute drive to the Market Common, the Ripley's Aquarium, and many other attractions, restaurants, shopping and activities. The beachfront is wide and deep on the south beach. This direct oceanfront property is well appointed, clean, updated, full-featured and represents a great value to renters.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
I like the conveniences offered at the resort as well as the short walking / driving distance / time to so many local attractions. In the off-peak season it's neat to be near the horse rental facilities for trots on the beach. The south beach is a wonderful location to take a night-time walk on the beach. During the peak season, it's great to step out on the balcony to watch the evening fireworks display to the north near the pier.
