THERE IS NOTHING LIKE A SANDESTIN VACATION! Come enjoy the vast gulf coast line as it stretches out in front of you with clean salt air, cool ocean breezes and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.
The unit is a beautifully decorated, spacious (950 sq. ft.) 1BR/1BA condo on the 5TH FLOOR, with king size bed and queen sleeper sofa. TV's in living area and bedroom. You have a fully functional kitchen plus dining area. Or eat at the breakfast bar.
The condo has easy access to pool & beach, balcony looks down on the pool, beach, and beautiful ocean -- but far enough up not to be bothered by other guests. During the afternoon, sit on the beach or the condo balcony and enjoy the band at Finz Restaurant. This unit is located right on the beach and has easy access to the Village of Baytowne Wharf. The best of both worlds...
Take the tram anywhere on the resort, including the Village of Baytowne Wharf. The Village teems with shopping, dining, and entertainment. The choices of restaurants abound. Music plays every night in the square or the Village Door night club or the new Rum Runners, dueling piano bar and the new Funky Blues Shack.
To reserve the unit, please e-mail us. The prices quoted are for 2009. To the rent, please add one-time $85 cleaning fee and 11.5% Florida tax. We also require a $200 security deposit which is fully refundable if there is no damage to the unit. We accept personal checks & money orders -- sorry but we don't accept credit cards. THREE NIGHT MINIMUM REQUIRED. Note: Regarding inquiries, E-mail is answered first.

HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service order mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and / or
2. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest.
THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period

I wanted to say thank you so much for everything! The condo was absolutely perfect! We really couldn’t have asked for anything better! We hope to be able to reserve it again in the near future for our next vacation. The arrival and departure processes were easy and we had no problems what so ever. Hi Nancy.....thanks for all you did to make our stay at the Condo in Florida a wonderful one. We love that area and the condo was just perfect for us in so many ways. Close to everything as well easy access to beach and car. We definately hope to return. I told my friends and family about the great vacation there and hopefully they can join us as well. We had a great time and loved it more than the Hilton. It was so great having so much space and the view was just fabulous. We HAD an amazing time. We loved everything from the condo to the beach access to the pool. My husband made breakfast every morning and we ate out on the patio overlooking the ocean...it was truly amazing. We want to come back. It was so awesome. And the weather was GREAT. The day that it rained we went shopping to Silver Sands...having that so close to the condo was dangerous...LOL. The condo was perfect and location was great. Thanks for directing us to the unit the Sunday we got there! We forgot to map it exactly from the airport so that was an adventure! It all worked out though.

Tania, thanks. We had a great time at #4256 at Beachside II. Your condo is nicely appointed. We had plenty of space for the two of us. We loved the balcony for coffee and a sunrise as well as listening to the band at Finz after a day on the beach. The kitchen was nicely equipped for a change of pace to eating out every meal! (And the ice machine in the lobby was an added bonus to avoid buying extra ice for the beach every day!) We are already looking forward to staying with you next year!
