We usually stayed at the Hilton, but decided to try VRBO and Beachside II. We could not have been more pleased. Everything we had in a Hotel and more, right next to the Hilton. Full size fridge, plemty of room, great view of the beach and ocean. Unit had everything. Chairs and umbrella for the beach, nice flatscreen for movies at night.

Just finished a long weekend in this unit and I have to agree with others who say the pictures don't do it justice. Fifth-floor balcony view of the beach is breathtaking, and the view from the master bedroom is even better. Unit was more luxurious than expected. Sparkling clean on arrival, all amenities as promised. Tania is the most responsive owner I've dealt with in the five years that I've been using VRBO. A perfect vacation! Strongly recommended.

Recommended for:Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Thanks Tania for all your help in making our stay in Sandestin an excellent experience. The views in your pictures don't do the condo justice, both from the balcony and bedroom it is much better in person. We've stayed in Destin every summer for the past 12 years,but this year in Sandestin was the most relaxing. The condo is very close to the beach, the parking was great, the condo is laid out great, and we really liked the security aspect of staying at your place. I called you one evening because part of the blender was missing, you had one of your friends bring a brand new one to our door the next day! Thank you! Mark Klatt

Even though we inspect the unit twice before it is delivered to a new renter, some times things are missed. We do our best though. Getting that new blender to you the next day was the least I could do. Please do come back down and stay again. We extend an automatic discount to all of our repeat business. Tania

This was our 2nd trip to Sandestin and it did not disappoint! View of ocean is excellent! The condo is nicely furnished. Some updates would be beneficial especially in the bathroom area but overall this is great. The owner furnished umbrella/chairs which saved at least $45 per day! Parking is excellent and the amenities are better than anywhere else. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in Destin due to the proximity of the beach and the quality of the building.

Recommended for:Families with young children, girls getaway.

Relaxing vacation

We had a great time. Condo was very nice and clean. The location allowed us to be able to sit out and listen to the band down on the deck without leaving the room. Beachside Two is such a great location with so much to do within the resort. No problems of any kind. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone.

Tania, Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your condo. My favorite part were the amazing views from the balcony and the bedroom. Everyone we met were so friendly. We spent most of our nights across the street at the Baytowne Wharf. Having the wharf so close was a huge plus. Thanks again. We will be returning for sure.

Hi Nancy.....thanks for all you did to make our stay at the Condo in Florida a wonderful one. We love that area and the condo was just perfect for us in so many ways. Close to everything as well easy access to beach and car. We definately hope to return. I told my friends and family about the great vacation there and hopefully they can join us as well. We had a great time and loved it more than the Hilton. It was so great having so much space and the view was just fabulous. We HAD an amazing time. We loved everything from the condo to the beach access to the pool. My husband made breakfast every morning and we ate out on the patio overlooking the ocean...it was truly amazing. We want to come back. It was so awesome. And the weather was GREAT. The day that it rained we went shopping to Silver Sands...having that so close to the condo was dangerous...LOL. The condo was perfect and location was great. Thanks for directing us to the unit the Sunday we got there! We forgot to map it exactly from the airport so that was an adventure! It all worked out though.

My second year to stay here. The condo is wonderful. It's convenient to all activities and you can't beat the view in the morning. The tram to the Village is great. All the comforts of home with a great beach just a few steps away. I look forward to my next trip down and another stay here.

Tania, thanks. We had a great time at #4256 at Beachside II. Your condo is nicely appointed. We had plenty of space for the two of us. We loved the balcony for coffee and a sunrise as well as listening to the band at Finz after a day on the beach. The kitchen was nicely equipped for a change of pace to eating out every meal! (And the ice machine in the lobby was an added bonus to avoid buying extra ice for the beach every day!) We are already looking forward to staying with you next year!

This is one of the better units that we have ever rented. It has a great view, it's tastefully decorated,and the balcony is perfect for relaxing or listening to the live band playing next door. The service and feedback with the owner was excellent.
