  We stayed here with a bunch of friends for a long weekend. We walked right across the street to the beach and hung out in the pool and hottub at night. The deck was a perfect spot for eating and lounging around. There was plenty of room for a huge grop of us. We were also within walking distance of a grocery store and some restaurants. It was a fantastic weekend. We'll definitely be back!

  We enjoyed our stay so much with our large group that we will be coming back again.House has a large deck out front, AWESOME pool and hot tub.What more could you ask for with beach access directly across the street.House has a great setup for sleeping plenty of guests.Very clean and Island Palms Realty definitely surpasses customer service compared to many other companies that we have rented from in the past.We plan to tell all our family and friends to rent this house and only to deal with Chris at Island Palms Realty.Chris is very understanding when it comes to a customers needs.If you go elsewhere it will not be the Royal treatment that our group received.

  Proximity to the beach was fantastic and the pool was great - house was a little on the older side and the floors are warped so the beds tend to lean which made it a little hard to get a good nights sleep. We did see ants, not surprising in an older home so not a huge deal and we just took care of them ourselves. Chris is great to deal with - always very responsive if there was a problem. The hot tub is on a timer, and kind of tricky to work at first - this would not be a problem if directions had been in the book but the pool guy came out and it was fine.

  Me and my famiy have stayed in this home 3 times. The first time was a great experince the 2nd horrible it was in foreclosure. (New Owner) The 3rd was good. The owner really cares about his guest. I feel really bad because I know that they poor money in this place trying to keep it looking good. I can tell that those who rent this house isnt taking care of it. I say respect this house as if it was your own. I do feel as if though the house could be cleaner floors, bathrooms etc. the bathrooms do need some updating.... and they have a mold problem in the downstairs bathroom and also invest in some new toilets they look a little rough. The Pool is very clean and kept up well. I would say this house is a good choice if you are looking for an ocean view w/o and ocean view price. :) Chris takes care of you. If you need anything he is there trying to fix whatever he can for you. Thanks to the owner for fixing this house up. Keep up the good work..... im impressed with what has been updated so far.

  My bike club rented this property (group of 17) and we enjoyed our stay. The house was on the strip and had the convenience of two kitchens. Everyone was able to sleep and manuver comfortably throughout the house. The pool, jacuzzi and two BBQ grills were put to use several times. Chris was awesome to work with. Anything that we needed or had questions about; he was only one phone call away. If we ever needed a rental for Myrtle Beach again; this would definitely be our first choice. The ladies at reality office were a huge help when it came time to check in. Thanks Chris and crew for making our stay a most enjoyable one.

  My friends and I were looking for a change in scenery from our typical stay in the outer banks. This was just the place!! The house comfortably slept 21 of us and was beautiful! Each room had its own TV and DVD player which was an added bonus. The pool and hot tub was really nice and the pool man came everyday keeping it really clean. They aren't heated all day though which was a drawback since it rained so often while we were there. We would have liked to have use the pool and hot tub in the rain but since they weren't heated it was way to cold. The house is RIGHT across from the beach. This is the best part. Usually we have to walk about 500 yards to get to the beach but with this house we just had to cross the street! It was perfect . Overall our stay was really pleasant and we had a wonderful time! Myrtle has so much to offer and this house and the owner/realtor was really awesome to work with!

  Enjoyed my experience, fantastic house! Spent this past week with a large group of friends here and enjoyed the large deck, close proximity to the ocean and location! The bars, restaurants, and grocery store were all a short walk away! The house was comfortable and felt like home. The pool and hot tub were a great after a long day at the beach. Had no complaints, would definitely recommend this property to friends!

  A group of friends and I stayed here one weekend to enjoy the last days of summer on the beach, and we had such a great time! This house has everything you need and more, is extremely comfortable and homey while also being spacious. All the appliances are in good condition and very convenient (dishwasher, washers/dryers, etc.) Another great thing about this house is its proximity to restaurants, bars, a grocery store, etc. Everything is right down the road, but it still has that secluded beach house feel to it. The pool and hot tub are awesome, and with the beach right across the street, you have the best of two worlds! I highly recommend this vacation house to families, groups of friends, couples, or anyone who wants a relaxing and stress free vacation!

  Great location. Beach access straight across from the house. Two kitchens, two living rooms, two washers/dryers and a huge deck made it perfect for a large group. Private pool and hot tub was a huge plus. TVs and DVD players in each bedroom was perfect for kids. The weather was amazing even in mid-October. Will definitely be going back.

  No complaints. House was extremely comfortable and spacious. Pool with Hot Tub is a nice addition. Will definitely be recommending this house to my friends in the future.
