If your sick of vacations being cramped in a hotel room. Seascape Villa's offers all of the comforts of home. Completely furnished two bedroom, two bath villa's decorated with a unique beachy decor.
#3078 Living room has a desk for computer use, queen-size sleeper sofa, three piece lit entertainment center. with TV, VCR,DVD, stereo and Nintendo with movies and games. Large deck with gas grill and picnic table that walks out to one of the pools. Full kitchen with washer and dryer. Master bedroom has king bed, armoire with TV,VCR and stereo, newly renovated master bath with two person marble walk in shower with glass doors. Second bedroom has two double beds and TV.
We also have unit #3219 which is also a 2br/2 bath villa. This unit has just been completely remodeled (Jan 06)It has all new maple cabinets, new frieze carpet throughout, judges panels and a electric fireplace. It has a king bed in the master, a queen and a double bed in the guest room and a sleeper sofa in the new sectional downstairs.Three TV's, VCR, DVD and a Stereo.
Our complex has two pools, small children's playground and several lagoons with fountains, private beach walk out to the ocean with cabana (restrooms) for your convenience. Bike paths and rentals are directly in front of complex. Nearby shopping, golfing, tennis and restaurants. Also a few miles from lighthouse and marinas. Something for everyone. Great place for family vacations!!

We enjoyed our condo , so close to pool and a 5 min walk to beach. Great location , close to everything. Clean and comfortable. A great place to stay and see all the wonderful sights of HH.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed at the palm tree Villa and enjoyed our stay! The unit is well decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The deck is great and we enjoyed many evenings and mornings outside. The walk to the beach is short with a nice shaded walkway and the road you have to cross has minimal traffic so that is not a problem. Very close to Coligny and easy walking to that area. We were very pleased and would stay there again. Also the unit is clean !
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have stayed in Sandy's condos for years. We absolutely love her places. She really takes pride and care in the places, from the decor to all the amenities she includes. This is a must stay place if you are thinking about Hilton Head. Thanks for all the great memories and more to come. We cant get enough of the island.

I have been returning to the island during February for over five years. I enjoyed walking the quiet beach early in the morning going to Coligny for coffee, returning to the condo to spend breakfast on the nice deck overlooking the lagoon with relaxing fountain. The condo is nicely decorated with the feeling you are on a island with all of the amenities you will need for a long vacation. I love the property with all of the nature surroundings and tree's. This is a great location to get away from the Winter Cold. My only regret is not being able to stay year long. sitting on location of Sandy's condo.
