One of two beautiful spacious 2 BR second floor apartments located approximately 100 feet to the beach. This apartment has a living room with queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen with dining table, two bedrooms (one queen, one double), one bath and a balcony. This apartment has laminate flooring in the living room & kitchen, new sofa cushions on the wicker queen sleeper and a new sofa last year.
The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a full size bed.
The second two bedroom apartment has a living room, full kitchen with breakfast bar, two bedrooms (one queen, one double). one bath and an ocean view.
The ground floor is taken up completely by our three bedroom apartment. This apartment is very large, one of the largest all on one floor in Dewey with NO stairs. There is a living room, full kitchen, dining room, Florida room, three bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 baths, and a deck off the back that opens to our spacious backyard.

.Please note: our week runs from Saturday to Saturday. We NEVER rent for just one night and only rent for full weeks during July and August unless we have VERY last minute availability. We continually upgrade and make sure our apartments are just what our guests are looking for. Please don't ask us to discount as we have a policy not to discount in fairness to our return guests and those who reserve early and pay the full rate and associated fees.
We are a family oriented property but do rent to responsible singles as long as they understand we do not allow parties, gatherings of friends or groups, or having people not on the rental agreement just hanging out. The property is for the use of those named tenants only.
Rates quoted are for up to four people with an additional charge of $25.00 per night per person for non related groups.
If the week you need is NOT AVAILABLE, check with us for other rental properties we have!! We also have a three bedroom apartment and another two bedroom apartment with a balcony.
We have availability for Greyhounds Reach the Beach for the April and October event. Check with us for rates.
Our beds all have mattress pads, pillows with pillow protectors, comforters, dust ruffles, and shams. Please bring the appropriate sized sheets, blankets, etc as we ask that our comforters not be used as bedding during your stay. We can supply linens & towels for a fee if you don't wish to bring them.
The bath is located across from the two bedrooms and has a pedestal sink, toilet and a tiled shower stall.
We supply a starter roll of tissue, paper towels, trash bags (3), dishwasher tabs (3) and a bath mat. You will need to bring paper products, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, soap, toothpaste, toiletries, etc.
The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator and self cleaning stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, blender, can opener, mixer, pots, pans, dishes, glassware, silverware, and even a corkscrew. If we don't supply it and you need it, please let us know.
Enjoy having one of the largest backyards in Dewey Beach. Our back yard picnic area with picnic tables, seating, grills, fire pit, and an ornamental fishpond. Enjoy sitting at night under the stars roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, cooking on the grill, or just playing a game of horseshoes. Lounge in the sun in our sandy beach back yard to the pleasant sound of our backyard fishpond. We also have two very nice outdoor showers with hot and cold water. Easy stroll to the beach with no roads to cross. Conveniently located to walk to all of Dewey Beach.
We are PET FRIENDLY for well behaved housebroken dogs (sorry, no cats due to allergies). Dogs must be up to date on all their shots, be on a monthly flea treatment, be spayed or neutered (no females in heat EVER please), and have a Dewey Beach dog license. We do have a non refundable pet fee of $20.00 per day per pet with preferably a two dog limit (some exceptions may apply). Dog licenses may be obtained at Town Hall located on the bay side of our street for $15.00. The license is good for the life of the dog.
We also have off street parking for two vehicles (one behind the other) but the second vehicle does need a Dewey Beach parking permit which may be obtained at town hall.
We have a lifeguard on the beach at the end of our street and you can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach.

About the owner: My husband and I purchased the four unit apartment building from my in laws in 2001 because we wanted our grandchildren to enjoy summers at the beach just as our children had done. We are on site in one apartment and rent the other three to our summer guests. My husband and I have been married for 41 years and actually honeymooned in the first floor apartment. We have three wonderful children and four beautiful granddaughters. Being very family oriented, we completely renovated to make our apartments as comfortable and inviting as possible. We want our guests to return year after year because they enjoy it so much.
Why the Owner Chose Dewey Beach:
When my in laws decided to sell, our children encouraged us to buy the place to keep our tradition of Dewey Beach going and to keep it in the family. Our goal is to eventually pass it on to our own children so they will enjoy many more years at the beach. Dewey Beach is a wonderful unique place unlike what you'll find in Rehoboth or Bethany.
Everything is available in the immediate area from outlet shopping, fine dining, beach and bay activities , golf, etc.
