The locations could not have been better as it is located directly on the beach. However I will say I expected the property to be in much better shape. There was nothing unsafe but the paint is chipping, nails are pulling loose on the deck, the outdoor shower is located in an area so that once you rinse the sand off your feet you then have to walk back across it to get to the stairs. There is a table on the deck that is in great disrepair and an umbrella that is in tatters. There was a toilet that was stopped up when we arrived and when I called to report it I was told they were aware and someone should be there to repair it. No one showed up, we unstopped it ourselves. I am be no means a tightwad but I've stayed a great many places that cost nowhere near what I paid here and were in much better shape. This property is managed by a company and not an individual like you would expect when shopping at VRBO, that may have something to do with the inflated price.
