Dear Enise, Thank you so much for the use of your home. We are honored to be your first guests - now friends! we loved staying here. The location immediately immersed us into 'DC life' and walking to and from your home was the perfect way to start and end our daily adventures. Your accommodations fit our needs perfectly, and we all slept comfortably each night. The furnishings are perfect, making us feel at home. I must say the garden was a nice surprise and my morning coffee. There was a great starts to each day. The metro was convenient and easy, not to mention the Eastern Market on the way. Neighborhood restaurants were all very good. Acqua Alz, LePain, Sanphan, Tunicliff and Zest were favorites. We saw everything we wanted to see and your home was perfect for our family. Dear Enise, We really enjoyed our stay in your wonderful apartment - we discovered the idea of staying this way a while ago, and so much prefer it to hotels. Yours is a particularly lovely home with so many interesting and treasured possessions - A real honor to be trusted with such things. Enise, You were right... the apartment and the Capital Hill area are perfect for our first visit to Washington DC. This is our initial use of Vacation Rentals, and I'm impressed. The local restaurants were all up to par. We met a couple who live in this area and spent quite a lot of time with them. Janet and Jamey introduced us to restaurant owners and employees which gave us a local understanding of Capital Hill. My husband and I look forward to returning.Did you find this review helpful?
