Park Avenue Condominium #238 is located less than 1/2 mile from the base/plaza area of the Park City Mountain Resort. Park Avenue is adjacent to the cross country ski trail and provides easy access to the FREE Park City transportation system. Our guests have access to the Park Avenue outdoor heated swimming pool and community outdoor hot tub (both are newly remodeled!) sauna and for your convenience - you can check in at the on-site Park Avenue front desk. Our beautiful and spacious Park Avenue condo features a beautiful, new and spacious fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with a gas fireplace. You'll also have access to the free in-town courtesy shuttle dispatched by the Park Avenue front desk (operates from 8:30am-8pm; excludes Jan.16-26). This service will take you to the bottom of Main Street, the local grocery store and any of the three local resorts!
Park Avenue 238 offers Three private bedrooms along with 3 full bathrooms plus one half bathroom. The bedding offers 1 Queen bed in the first bedroom; 2 twin beds in the second and 1 King bed in the third bedroom. The living room offers a sofa sleeper as well. Take in the mountain views from the patio. This condo is great for families and spans 1610 square feet and offers a private washer/dryer.
Park Avenue 238 offers wireless/internet access year round and is air conditioned during the summer months (we welcome summer monthly guests). During the winter months, you'll receive one midweek housekeeping service when you stay for 6 nights or longer. This convenient location and accessibility to the area attractions will make your Park City vacation memorable!
