Our condominium is completely furnished with all necessary linens, sheets, towels, and a complete and functional kitchen. We take great pride in being the host of this BEACHFRONT location and we have recently remodeled and upgraded our property. PERFECT VACATION location, one that you will be sure to want to visit again and again and to tell your friends about. You can walk to every imaginable amenity, from numerous styles of cuisine in all price ranges, to the supermarket, post office, physicians services, banks, video and DVD rentals and activity booking facilities. In Season ... Dec 01-Apr 30 .. $125/night, plus applicable taxes.
Off Season .. May 01-Nov 30 .. $ 95/night, plus applicable taxes.
Ten percent (10%) Discounts for stays 28 days or longer.
Deposit requirements: High Season-$400 Low Season-$200.
cleaning fee charged for less than a 5 night booking.
Rates are Per Night, Double Occupancy, Each additional guest $15 per night.
Full Payment due 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. Refund of deposit LESS FEE is possible
Cancellation Fee is $50 IF NOTICE RECEIVED AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
