Located on the 4th floor of Tower 1 which is beachfront, our two bedroom, two bath condo sleeps up to 8 people comfortably.
The living room includes a sleeper sofa and arm chair where you can kick back and watch tv or movies on the flat screen tv. Off the living area, you’ll find plenty of room to enjoy the gulf front views off our spacious balcony.
The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all the accessories you’ll need to prepare your meals. The large dining table has seating for six as well as a bar area including bar stools.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, a flat-screen tv and ample storage for all your belongings. The master bedroom has double sinks with a tub/shower.
The second bedroom features a queen size bed and flat screen tv with a connected full bathroom with tub. There are built in bunk beds in the hall with storage drawers beneath.
Grand Panama Resort is located at 11807 Front Beach Road. There are two outdoor pools- one heated and one that includes a kiddie pool, as well a hot tub. Located at The Village on the property are popular eateries Bonefish Grill and Another Broken Egg , as well as retail shops and a salon. Inside the Grand Vista Tower, you can visit The Grand Bar for cocktails and live music.
Just minutes from our condo is the newly completed Pier Park which features shopping and entertainment galore. Everyone in the family is sure to find something they’ll enjoy between the shopping, eateries and Grand Theater. Restaurants include Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, Reggae J’s Island Grill, Back Porch Seafood and Oyster Bar, Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge, Guy Harvey’s Island Grill, Buffalo Wild Wings, Hofbrau Beer Garden and many many more. If shopping is your thing, you will have no problem finding what you’re looking for with stores such as Target, Dillard’s, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Southern Water Outfitters, Coastal Living, Mermaid Trading Company, just to name a few.
For vacationers traveling by air, the newly opened Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is conveniently located 17 miles away.
