Unwind on the expansive deck with built in natural gas BBQ, lounge chairs, and plenty of extra seating. The shaded patio is a perfect place to enjoy outdoor dining and the tropical view.
This spacious, fully air conditioned home is spotless and accommodates up to 8 people. The great room is large and open with vaulted ceilings and a ceiling fan. There is a 50' Plasma Satellite TV with WII console, dvd player, IPod docking station with speakers, and an oversized leather sectional. There is free wireless internet, and free long distance calling within the USA and to Canada.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a pantry, eating bar, and stainless steel appliances: side by side fridge with ice and water, natural gas range with self cleaning oven, dishwasher, and over the range microwave. There is an indoor dining table that seats up to eight.
The home has a split floorplan. The master bedroom includes a bay widow, ceiling fan, king size bed, plasma TV, 4 piece ensuite with double sinks, and a walk in closet with built-ins. The other 3 bedrooms each have queen size beds and closets with built-ins. There is a second 4 piece bathroom, and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
The attached 2 car garage includes a remote garage door opener and a handy outdoor keypad.
There is a fence and child safe gate to the pool area. A block and a half away, is a children's playground and a basketball court. There is a large open green space across the street.

The pool and back yard area were set up perfect for our young kids! We had 4 kids from 7 months to 5 years old and everything worked out great. Very easy to get to and from the airport (25 minutes) along with shopping, the zoo and many other places. The kids park around the corner (literally) was nice also. The house is well maintained and clean. It is set up well with an open concept (great room/dining area/kitchen). Maureen was great to work with and answered any and all questions we had. Overall a great experience!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Myself, wife and daughter stayed at this home for one month and enjoyed our time greatly. The pictures are a very accurate representation of the home. When we arrived the home was spotless and ready for us to move in. The home owner was easy to deal with and quick to respond to any questions that we had. Our family hopes to rent this property again in the future.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family, my husaband,myself and two sons 10 and 11, recently enjoyed spring break April 2012 in this lovely home. We were warmly greeted by the property manager who showed us the house and gave us a few tips and was then on his way. The pictures are very accurate and yet it looked even nicer when we arrived. The master suite is great. We went to an NHL hockey game at Jobing.com arena which is 20 minutes from the house. The Grand Canyon and Sedona are a day trip away. The local grocery store is 5 minutes away. The higher end shops etc. are in Scottsdale about 30 minutes away. If you want to relax, BBQ and enjoy the beautiful pool area with your family this is a perfect place.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The home is very well decorated and the pool is beautiful area. It would be a great home to entertain in the backyard. The home owners were great to work with. And the beds are one of the most comfortable beds we have ever sleeped in.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

The house was just as discribed...it was clean, the pool and spa were great. Shopping is close by and the neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Ron and Maureen were excellent to work with...very good communication. We had a fantastic vacation and hope to come back again.
