  I grew up in this are during WW11, forties and fifties. The place was great, as adv, with no problems. Check in was easy with help from Daniel (security) He got us our parking place and helped unload car. Place was clean and neat as were the rear deck and hot tub on 3rd floot. Unit is near beach, and about 5 mins walk from SoBeach activity: 5th thru 15 th street. A distinct advantage, much calmer where we were but easy to walk to action. 5 mins walk to Joe's Stone Crab, across street from Big PinK and next door to small grocery. 5 mins to MacArthur Causeway and easy access to main highways. Indoor parking space turned out to be huge advantage. Short walk to South Pointe Park.

  Just got back from miami where my wife, daughter and I spent 12 days at vik's place. As soon as we entered the condo at 23h00, all the apprehension we had (because it was our first experience renting a vacation appartment) disappeared. The space, decoration, cleanness were very impressive. The location is amazing as well, close to everything especially the beach, it was calm and secure. The internet connection worked perfectly and the appartment had all the amenities that you can think of.The cherry on the cake was the free parking spot. There wasn't a single bad surprise. As far as my family is concerned we've found our spot in miami. Hopefully it will be available for our future trips. Thank you vik!!!

  Summary: A very modern and clean apartment with everything needed at best possible South Beach location. Doorman building, friendly security staff and even a spot in the garage. All at an amazingly low price. More details: We, two adults and two kids from Europe spending a few months in Florida, stayed at the apartment with start in middle of February. We used to visit South Beach frequently and know the area well. Planned on staying one week but extended our stay with another week after we saw the apartment. Apartment is modern and fresh with stone floors. The place is nicer than it looks in the photos. Balcony was spacious with quite good view. Kitchen is more than fully equipped. Everything you might need and more. Fridge had some basics which we found helpful and a nice gesture. Lots of plates, pots and all kinds of accessories. Bathroom also modern, spacious and super clean. Washer and dryer in the apartment was great since we worked out daily. Gym was like the pool located in sister building on Ocean Drive. We used the gym daily. We thought it was nice to be so near a gym even though it's fairly basic. Kids appreciated the pool. Main bedroom is spacious with a large walk in closet. Also a flat screen TV with all channels. We had iPads with 3g cards but worked daily and were glad the faster apartment internet was there. Apartment is located in a doorman building with good security. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We ordered and sent things via UPS and has no issues. Tipped security 20 bucks as a small thank you. Apartment comes with a spot in the garage. Quite amazing considering the ridiculous South Beach prices for parking. Location of the apartment could not be better. Half a block from Ocean Drive. Away from the noisiest places but still near everything. Owner Vik was very helpful and responded quickly to our emails. Security deposit was returned right away after checkout. The nice photos, very friendly owner and low apartment price initially caused us some concerns. We thought the place looked and sounded too good to be true:-) If you are looking for a nice place in South Beach at a reasonable price this will be a great choice. Far better than any of the hotels in the area. We will be back next year for a couple of weeks.

  Just returned from this amazing condo last week, we spent the week there with our 7-month old son. You can't ask for more than what Vic's place has to offer. It has it all. Clean, close to everything yet quiet and peaceful with beautiful ocean view. Check-in process was smooth and without any problems, security staff nice and helpful. The beach, restaurants, parks, shops, clubs - all just steps away. We were planning to rent a car but there was no need for it. If you do decide to explore more then there is a parking spot included. Vic has made the process fast and easy. He will answer all your questions in timely matter. Would go back. Would recommend to friends/family.

  We stayed at Viks great apartment last March and when we knew we were visiting Miami again there was only one place to stay. Everything you read in the reviews matches this beautiful ocean view apartment. It takes around 30mins to reach from Miami Airport, Being south of 5th street it is beautifully quiet, is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, clubs and of course the beach is only a few steps from the door. The apartment has everything you could need and more, Security are very helpful and secure parking is a huge bonus in SOBE. And Vik what can I say, just great to deal with. you are well and truly our favourite

  We stayed in this beautiful apartment for 9 days. Everything was just PERFECT. The place looks exactly as on the pictures or maybe even better! Very convenient, close to everything! Amazing place with amazing location. And even extra bonus with covered parking! Vik was also very quick with returning our security deposit. Thanks again Vik!

  We are a family couple with two kids (3 and 5 yrs old) coming from Europe. It was our first visit to Miami beach, so we did not know much what to expect. Reservation was done in a very last moment and thanks to the owner (Vik) all paper works and payment were arranged quickly and transparently. Condo (building and apartment) is easy to find with the instructions provided by Vik. Strong points: - nice location in SoBe (close to beach and all attractions, e.g shopping and restaurants) but still very quiet; - free parking inside the building (we were travelling by car from Orlando); - good quality furniture, kitchen and media equipment (including free WiFi); - grocery shop next door; - late check out (agreed by Vik on the last day of our stay) - immediate refund of security deposit. Overall, we were very happy with our short stay at Vik's condo and frankly speaking would be delighted to come here again. Denis B. (Switzerland)

  We had the pleasure to stay here for 9 nights in the end of November. The condo was perfect for our little family of 3 and a huge plus with washer/dryer when travelling with a 2 year old toddler! The place is close to great places to eat and it was so nice with a parking space, also the security people was extremely friendly. We had a small issue which Vik resolved in a very good and promp matter - this was our first time renting via homeaway and our experience is very positive thanks to Vik!   This was my first experience renting through VRBO. Vik always answered my emails very quickly and was extremely professional, patient and helpful. The condo is in the perfect location as far as being close to the culture and activities that South Beach has to offer, a car is not needed, however the parking spot in the gated garage is provided and a bonus since parking is limited and expensive in this area. The condo was immaculate when I arrived and I felt very safe and secure. The security staff was also professional and helpful, I would give this condo a 5 star rating without the 5 star price. Make sure you check out the hot tub on the 3rd floor and the sunrise on the beach. The Pink Place restaurant around the corner has great food, my salad could have fed a family of four! This condo was even more than I anticipated, and I spent many hrs researching before I left. I did see the other properties in the area I considered and I am happy that I chose this one. I would and already have recommended this property to friends.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We stayed in the apartment for a 4 days in October. The location was perfect; short walking distance to shops, restaurants, clubs and the heart of Ocean Drive.. The beach is just across the street as is a small park for those with young ones. The apartment is well equiped and has everything you would need including washing machine and dryer. The supply of beach towels gave us extra space in our luggage. The big bonus though is the covered parking space as parking in Miami Beach is very costly. Vik was very helpful and informative and quick to respond to emails and the return of our security deposit. We too will definitely stay here again when we return to Miami Beach.
