The Villa is 7 km from Cortona (Ar), an ancient Etruscan city that still preserves its historic charm while being developed into an important cultural center, art of Tuscany. This Villa is obtained from the careful restoration of an ancient farmhouse of the period originally Leopoldina. Originally, the traditions as they wanted, the ground floor was used as a tool shed, barn, stables for animals, while the first floor was for the house and finally to the second floor there was the pigeon.
Today, thanks to a strict compliance with building regulations but also to an excellent state of preservation of the existing structure the Villa has returned to its original grandeur: Furnished with full respect of the Tuscan tradition. Adjacent to the parking lot (5 spaces) just left box of the entrance to the villa there is a small, recently planted olive trees, in front is surrounded by a large green garden, pool (7x14 meters) .
Villa Description: The pool is open from May to September, surrounded by old trees, olive trees and cypresses well with umbrellas, deckchairs From the park of Villa , skillfully carved in a natural setting in itself extraordinary, you can enjoy the sun throughout the day and enjoy a beautiful sunset overlooking the rolling Tuscan hills. In addition, adjacent to the villa you have a wood gazebo with barbecue table covered with a total of 12 seats. Inside the villa we have have a laundry room, comfortable lounges with dining area and spacious kitchen with table for 6 people. The House is an ideally located, proximity to the main historical and artistic cities of Tuscany and Umbria.
Villa Description: The Villa has 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms for a total of 16 beds. Five rooms are each equipped with double bed and private en-suite. On the ground floor the two bedrooms, one with double bed and the second configured with single or double bed, have a large shared bathroom, ideal for the family. All rooms are equipped with independent heating and air co.
Climbing up the brick stairs we are in that was the great kitchen, where we can enjoy some special characteristics: a closet and fireplace. Immediately to the right of the entrance of the old kitchen we have ' the suite', which was the master bedroom, where there is also a comfortable relaxation room. On the first floor a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower and 1 with tube including all the comforts and equipped with heating and air conditioning. To the left of the old kitchen there is a wooden staircase to access the colombaia.
According with safety standards the villa has certified flame resistant mattresses, flame retardant curtains, fire extinguisher, a small first aid kit.
