A year ago March, a group of "old" childhood friends gathered in this lovely home to enjoy a wonderful long weekend together. This year we again returned to see if we could recapture that magic. We could not have been more pleased. We have known each other for most of our lives and live all over the US. Realizing that we could return to discover the Cocoa Beach Magic was MORE than any of us could ask for. We spent the days walking the beach, chattering, walking to I Dream of Yogurt, chattering, cooking in this fully equipped kitchen, chattering, or going out the the local Irish Pub, chattering. It was the BEST therapy. We now feel that "Cocoa is a frame of mind"!! It has such cherished memories that we all hope to return every year until we are old and gray!! Thank you, thank you to the owners who have created such a relaxing and welcoming environment! See you all next year!!

Thank you Sullivans! It had been seven years since I and my five adult children had all been together. I live in Colorado and they are scattered out along the east coast from Florida to New York. Needless to say, we were looking for a location to maximize every minute together and we found it! Even the drive to Orlando airport to pick up the fly-ins was enjoyable and convenient. Proximity to the beach, the pier, surf shops and grocery store allowed us to walk everywhere together. We love to cook and eat and your spacious kitchen and living area was perfect. With all the sleeping areas upstairs, it was great to have uncluttered space to hang out and not worry about luggage and clothes around. (We had previously stayed in condos where someone was always on the couch) On that score, the garage was a huge bonus since we surf, fish and paddle board and had protected space for it all. All of this wonderful space and convenience allowed us to fully enjoy being together. Thanks for sharing your wonderful place with us. We will be back again and again we hope!!!

Great Rental!!!!

Everything about this property was just great. The owners were a dream to work with. The location of the home was within walking distance of several great restaurants and bars. The beach was quiet, but close enough to walk to the nearby pier where there was lots of action. The home was clean and up to date. We would stay at this home again.

mother daughter weekend

This was a great place to stay for our adult mother daughter weekend. The home was very clean with great sleeping accommodations for the 7 of us. Sharon, the owner was great to work with as she kept me well informed and answered all my questions. It's a two block walk to the sandy beach and an easy 4 block walk to the Pier. A cab ride downtown was $5.00 - great for night time fun. I would recommend this home to others. My only suggestion is be sure the home has a wine opener!! Thanks for the great time!

Thanksgiving week

Our stay at this rental was great from the moment we talked to the owners. They really worked with us on the dates because we moved our arrival time around a little bit and they were more than happy to help. The property itself is in a great location just a short walk to the beach on a neighbor hood street, or you can walk to restaurants. The house is very well maintained and comfortable, we had 7 in our party but the house can accommodate a lot more than that amount with no problem plenty of space. We even fried a turkey at the end of the drive way with the owners permission, making our thanksgiving great because we always fry turkeys. There was plenty of towels, wash clothes, pots and pans etc. They also had many beach chairs and toys, coolers and fishing equipment. The master bedroom was awesome not to mention the master bathroom!!! and balcony. But overall the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The open floor plan really worked for us. We will definitely stay at this property again.

A Little Slice of Heaven

We stayed for a week and just had the most amazing time! This house is HUGE and very well maintained! The beach is only a block away and everything we could need was in walking distance, including the Cocoa Beach Pier... Speaking of the Pier, What a sight! Drinks and Dinner on the Pier over looking the ocean waves rolling in Rocked!!!! We will be back next year. Thank You!!!!!!!!!

The Best Vacation

I want to start off by saying thank you to the owners, Sharon and Marty! My family and I had a wonderful vacation! The location of this house is amazing! It's a short distance to the beach, 45 minutes to Disney, and around the corner from a beautiful pier that was so relaxing! I will definitely stay here again. It was so convenient for everything we wanted to do. I will be sure to recommend your home to anyone I know who will be staying in Florida. It was by far the best vacation home I ever stayed at! Thank you again for a lovely experience!

We loved your home. Very spacious and open floor plan, clean, home stocked with everything you need. Perfect for family getaway. We had a wonderful time going to the beach and even went to Disney 2 of the 8 days we were there, only 50 miles away. Kids had a blast. Disney and the beach, what more can you ask for??? This property is excellent for a family vacation. The house is within walking distance to an uncrowded area of the beach and also within walking distance to other more touristy attractions at Cocoa Beach. The owners were responsive to our needs and went beyond our expectations to ensure our stay at their home was enjoyable. If you are visiting Cocoa Beach, I would highly recommend this property! The house is very spacious and is furnished with anything you will need for a wonderful beach experience. Thanks Sharon and Martin for your hospitatlity!! 9 of my high school girlfriends (50+ year olds!!) comfortably stayed in this lovely and well maintained home. We were a short walk to the beautiful Cocoa Beach. We walked for miles every day along the beach, surfed carefree in the ocean, daringly took surfing lessons and chatted away the evenings in the lovely living area. The time slipped away so quickly and we cried when we had to leave each other! We all decided that life is just too darn short and we will continue to gather together as often as possible. Cocoa Beach has not seen the last of us! We will be back! This home could not BE more perfect for a memorable gathering of friends and family! The owners of this home go above and beyond !!

I stayed at your beach house for a family wedding. The main floor is much more spacious than the pictures show. There was plenty of room for everyone to eat and sleep and just hang around. The closenss to the beach was a plus and it was very convenient for our trip to Melbourne. Also grocery and shopping in general was within a mile or two. I would definitely recommend renting your property. It was clean and just about everything we needed to be comfortable was there. My only recommendations to the owner would be to put a towel bar in the main floor bathroom and purchase a little higher grade toaster :)

First time in Cocoa Beach, and it won't be my last. I had such a great time I can't wait to go back. The home was larger than the pictures show and it was very very clean. The beach and nearby pier was great to hang out at. The owners were great to work with. I would recommend this property to anyone that would want to vacation at Cocoa Beach. I will be back real soon! My family an I had an absolutely amazing time at this beach house. The downstairs area is open and spacious and is perfect for family gatherings. The master bedroom/bath is also one of my favorite attributes to this house. The deck area is also nice, especially at night when you get those cool ocean breezes. But the best part of all this is how close the beach. The house is located less than a block away so making trips to the beach with my family was no problem. I have been vacationing in Florida with my family for over 15 years now and this house is most certainly one of the best vacation spots in Cocoa Beach.
