Completed in 2010 this beautiful Mediterranean 7K foot Villa opens up to beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean; the ultimate luxury of gracious living by the sea. This upscale residence is a rarity in a walled enclave of just three estates, close to a dynamic array of beachside restaurants and shops, and steps from Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, a peaceful green oasis in the middle of Fort Lauderdale. This magnificent oceanfront estate brings modern sophistication and versatility to the classic Mediterranean seaside villa. Every level opens to a porch, terrace, or balcony taking advantage of the ocean's captivating scenery and delightful breezes. Tropical gardens and palm trees surround the secluded oceanside pool. Lavished with carefully crafted elements and exquisite finishes, this stately residence is equally well tailored for gracious entertaining and everyday living. An elevator serves all four levels of the thoughtfully designed floor-plan totaling 7,000 sq. ft. w/terraces on three levels including large roof top terrace with amazing ocean and city views. The architecht took full advantage of the perfect beachfront location by installing a wall of windows on the entire east side of the mansion on the main floor. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are large and luxurious. The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool as well as the oceanand. The penthouse bedroom opens to a large roof top terrace where you can watch cruise ships sailing out to sea. Five of the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with a glass enclosed shower. Most of the showers include body sprays. The master bath has a large jacuzzi tub and his and her vanities. Several of the bathrooms have double vanites. Some of the bedrooms even have a bar sink and refrigerator. The bedrooms are very private and are split among the four levels.

The location is also ideal. It is only a 1/2 mile walk to shops, restaurants, bars, etc. In fact, 6 of the top 20 attractions (according to Trip Advisor) in Fort Lauderdale are within 5 minutes of this mansion. Most are within walking distance including 180 acre Hugh Taylor Birch State Park and the Galleria Mall. In the state park just down the street you can go fishing, rent bicycles, kayaks, and even Segways. You can also tour the Bonnet House Museum and Gardens which is rated the #5 attraction in all of Fort Lauderdale by Trip Advisor.

We just spent a week with family and close friends in this fantasy home. The listing description was acurrate regarding location, layout and amenities. The home was clean and well maintanied. The owners provided awesome customer service. We reaffirmed our wedding vows right across the street at the beach. This home is wonderful and has plenty of room with all the upgrades. The kitchen has all the bells and whistles and made us feel as if we were on the food network. The elevator helped with the luggage and movement of elderly family members who visited. We spent several hours on the roof top terrace enjoying the unbelievable view. The pool table, swimming pool, flat screen televisions and IPod home hook up made entertaining guest simple. My favorite was the master bedroom and bathroom, which left me feeling as I was King of Florida. Finally, Wendi and Bret are so easy to work with that I look forward to doing business with them again. I highly recommend this fantasy home.
