Built in 2003, this elegant, fully equipped four bedroom home is located in the waterfront community of Gulf Landings (by Gulf Harbors). Several beaches are close by and the private beach (included in your stay) is less than two miles away. The kids or kids at heart will enjoy the spacious rec. room downstairs (table tennis, hoops game, air hockey etc). Upstairs, you will find a bright, open floor plan with living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room and master bedroom open up to a large balcony that overlooks the screened-in patio and pool. The master bedroom has a TV/VCR and a full private bathroom. Bedroom two has a queen bed; bedrooms three and four have two twin beds in each.
You can relax with a cold beverage in the private pool (heated as an option) and enjoy all the comforts this wonderful vacation home has to offer. If you want to go explore, New Port Richey is a wonderfully kept secret. It's about 40 minutes from Tampa (Busch Garden), one and half hours from Orlando, 15 minutes from Tarpon Springs; Clearwater Beach is also a short drive. There's shopping, good restaurants, you can also rent a boat and take it to the Sand Bar and Anclote Islands where you can spend the day swimming, shelling and watching dolphins.
