You are within 10 minutes from a variety of additional golf courses ( average $40-60, cheaper with coupons), dining and shopping. Ideal for a short vacation or longer term winter snowbirds.
We offer a very reasonable rent by the week or month and will negotiate extended months.
Being 60 minutes from the Phoenix airport, it is close enough for all major big city events, but far enough that you feel the small community quiet, comfort and security. The house has all the ammenities necessary for both work and entertainment including a big screen TV, internet, free North American long distance and more. The highlight of this property however is the fully landscaped back yard with a fully furnished pool area, barbecue and wood burning fireplace accessed through a very private Arizona room.
This is great for outdoor entertainment and relaxation and is very private! After your day enjoying the sun bathing on the pool deck, swimming in the pool, or golfing, you can throw some steaks on the barbee and eat on the outdoor patio area next to the wood burning fireplace while enjoying the awesome sunsets.
