  We enjoyed our stay at the Anaheim house. It was so close to Disney and was in a great location for all the restaurants we wanted to visit. The house was very family friendly, I wasn't worried my 2 year old was going to destroy anything. It had toys and books for our kids to play with. We had issues with the pool heating, they ended up replacing the heat pump after we left. We were refunded the money for the days we weren't able to use the pool. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We were very happy with our stay and would choose this house again in a heartbeat!

  This house is set up to have many people hang out and enjoy themselves while on vacation. The pool and hot tub were awesome and heated up enough that we could swim on cooler days. The large dining table and the other two tables allowed for us to have nice family time during breakfast and dinners. We grilled out several times during our stay. I would stay here again if another California vacation was in our plans. Thank yo so much for providing a welcoming place to call our vacation home for 10 days.

  We had two families staying at this property (5 adults and 7 very small children). It was huge for our purposes, especially all the spots in the dining area. Photos are very accurate! It was about a 25 minute walk with strollers to Disneyland, which was nice for exercise after enjoying some Disney treats. Yes the bathroom fan is really noisy, so that could be repaired. But it was very clean and the household items provided were a great help! Close to shopping if you wanted to pick up some groceries. The kids also loved the Disney themed dishes. We had an issue with pool heating the first night, but after a phone call, it was fixed - albeit the weather was unseasonably cool to actually use the pool more than one day. However, the hot tub was great for the parents after all the kids were sleeping!! I think a little note on how to change the heat from pool to the spa, or other info on the house (garbage day, etc) would be helpful if provided at the house. Thank you for the great communication and a wonderful stay - we look forward to staying in one of your properties again.

  We took a family trip with my kids, parents, and sister's family to Disneyland (6 adults,3 children ages 2-4). The house location was great. It was only one mile to the park. We could have walked, but with the kids it was easier to just drive. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house layout was great. There was plenty of seating at the dining table and more than enough beds. The pool table, Wii, and toys were great perks. We did however run out of paper towels (only one roll for 9 people for 5 days) and garbage bags (only two bags). The trash compactor did not work, and I don't think the water softener was being used since all of the dishes looked dirty covered in hard water. Both bathroom showers looked dirty. The hall bathroom was gross! There was mold on the body sprays and mold on the tile floor and wall. I didn't even put the kids down while showering them.

  We totally enjoyed our stay in this spacious home. The kids enjoyed their room with their own TV and the swimming pool and spa were great to expend some of their energy. Nice kitchen and big eating area. Plenty of room for all 7 of us and had room for more. The kids loved all of the toys and there was plenty of room for them and plenty of room for the adults. Less than 5 minutes from Disneyland and fireworks can be viewed from front yard. Many grocery stores were in close proximity to the house as well.

  We had an AWESOME stay (6 Nights). House was beautiful, Kids are still trying to figure out how we can "live there" forever. It was a HOT week at Disney so DAILY we would walk back for naps and pool time. I think The kids liked swimming better than Disney, due to the HOT weather. What a nice fall back activity. We would return in the evening to Disneyland. The walk was a little farther than I though, but not too far. My Daughter and I enjoyed walking the little kids in with strollers, while my husband drove in with the "Big Kids". Loved the layout of the house, could close off the bedroom area in back, so those still awake didn't have to be too quiet for those sleeping. Ate breakfast and dinner EVERY night at the house and backed lunches and snacks to take into the pack. For a Family of 10, this saved us A LOT of money. Upgraded our Park Hopper Passes to Season Passes, so we will be back for sure. Also was nice to be able to do laundry while there and do a quick load or two before we left so we returned home with some clean clothes :-) Cannot say enough good things about the property. Will be returning at Christmas Time, hope there are some dates open :-)

  RENT THIS HOUSE! This is a great house, clean, well maintained, plenty of room in a quiet neighborhood. We had nine adults, two kids here for a week and the house was great. The house had four good size bed rooms, several dining areas, there are two long tables in the main dinning area, a smaller four seat table inside overlooking the pool and another table out side by the pool. My brother family came over one night for dinner, 23 people total in the house. Plenty of room. Kitchen was good, plenty counter space, well stocked. Washer and dryer in the garage. Toys in the living room for the little kids. There are several rooms with large couches, the main living room had a large TV with a Nintendo Wii gaming system. There is a TV in every room but why stay in the house, the pool and hot tub are great. We had the heater in the pool turned on the night we got there, the nights had been running about 55 so the pool was cool, we called the manager the first night, she turned the heater on and by the next day the pool was much warmer. Nice pool and hot tub. A few minor problem, the vent fans in both bathrooms were loud and made a grinding noise, the drain in the tub in the smaller bath ran slow. We reported both to the manager, how would they know unless some one tells them? Both problems were not that big of a deal. Read and take a copy of the contract with you. We didn't see on one of the contract pages that the city sweeps the road every Thursday between one and four PM, that oversight cost us $40. Every other house we ever rented had an info book about the house and area, this one didn't but all of the info was in the contract. Fly into Santa Anna John Wayne airport, it's much closer than LAX. The house is easy to find, lots of local shopping. I would rent this house again, it's a great house in a quiet area, problems were small. I always worry about is the rental as advertised, this one is. The pictures are accurate. Manager was helpful. My family give this rental our highest recommendation. RENT THIS HOUSE.

  We spent 11 nights in this amazing home, from January 16-27, 2012. We were nine (6 adults, 3 children) and we were very, very comfortable. The house exceeded our expectations in size, quality, and comfort. There were lots of boys and girls toys and the Wii was an added bonus. The walks to and from Disneyland were enjoyable (even for the almost 6 year old). The pool was great (once it was heated - the only issue we had, as it took two days after our arrival for the pool to be heated) and the layout of the house made for quiet sleeping for the little ones, while the adults were able to stay up in the other part of the house. The kitchen was nicely stocked with Disney dishware for the kids, and even small appliances like a double waffle maker and powerful blender. There were ample towels for both inside and poolside. We will definitely rent this house again!

  Excellent place to spend your vacation. Easy access to all main routes, close to shopping, clean, the pool was perfect for kids and not only... I would strongly reccomend it for a large family or two. The agent and maintenance personel promptly responded to any inquiries.

  Great home, we loved it - all of us had lot of fun. Beautiful furnishings, lot of fun activities [pool, billiards, TT, Wii], very spacious, great bedding options, TV in every room :) - unforgettable experience for us. One of the best homes we have stayed ever. Best value ever.
