Beautifully landscaped acre abuts agricultural preserve. Relax in our heated gunite pool, surrounded by flower gardens. Bluestone patios in the front and back provide plenty of space for socializing while grilling your dinner on the weber gas or charcoal grills.
Inside, the cherry and coffeewood kitchen cabinets include Viking and Bosch appliances and granite countertops. The interior is handcrafted, with white oak and cherry floors, cathedral basswood ceilings with skylites and poplar wood beams. A teak breakfast counter highlights the transition from open kitchen into spacious living and dining areas.
Two bedrooms downstairs share a full bath, opening on a central room where the entertainment center is located. A sunroom through sliding doors provides an additional sleeping area. The laundry room is also downstairs. Upstairs, the very private master bedroom has a queen size sleigh bed, full bath and walk-in cedar closet. All bedrooms have TVs. A powder room is located on the landing between floors.
Walking the grounds reveals dozens of species of trees, with a hedge row of white pines providing complete privacy from neighbors and the road. A 5 minute hike on a back trail will take you to the local farm stand.

The place is very nice, the owners are respectful and considerate. There is a ton of space around, good for families and privacy. Not everything in the interior is in a perfect condition, but nothing really bothering. Highly recommended!Owner response: Thanks for the positive review. After a contract is agreed upon, 10% down payment is required. Full payment is due before occupancy begins. PayPal or personal check is accepted.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
Electric and basic cable included. Lawn fee is $90/week, pool service is $60/week (for tenants of more than one week). Long term tenant is charged only for heating oil for pool, usually around $300 for the season, depending on how warm you keep the pool.
