  Beautifully and lovingly decorated home with an excellent panoramic view of the ocean! The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and comfortably accommodated a large group of us. Beach was steps away; parking lots were 5 steps from elevator; heated indoor pools and sauna were in the next building; and management was very helpful. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, this apartment is hard to beat. Highly recommended!

  My family and I rented out this property mid-april for a few nights. I'd like to first mention that the owners were great "hosts". Deanna was prompt in her email replies and extremely helpful in many different ways. We were there before the summer really set in, so did not try out the rec facilities and did not get a chance to spend a lot of time on the beach. However, we spent a few great days looking out into the ocean from the living room (the view is incredible) and cooking up fun relaxing meals in the well appointed kitchen. I'd say the pictures and description is accurate and Sea Colony and this unit was great in the off-season.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

  Our family decided that a quick pre-holiday get away was in order. Found this unit listed on VRBO with a special 3-day rate. We contacted the owner and made arrangements for a stay. The check I mailed crossed the keys to the unit in the mail. While the pictures on VRBO are nice - they don't do the unit justice. The view from the living room is incredible - 180 degree view of the beach/ocean. The furnishings are top end - extremely comfortable beds! We chose to bring our own towels/linen - everything else one would need was provided.

  What a place! My husband and I went for a 3 day mini-moon following our wedding and we couldn't have been happier. Going in October, the weather was nice and cool allowing us to take walks on the beach and get some much needed R&R following our wedding. Reading on the sofa while listening to the waves crash couldn't have been better and the views of the Ocean are phenomenal. Not to mention that the whole place is oh-so-charming and has everything that we could want (kitchen tools for cooking, dvd player for watching movies) and more. I'd would recommend this place with 5+ stars if I could!! The owner was so accommodating and easy to work with. We'll definitely be back soon!

  The condo is truly lovely and the view is the best in Sea Colony. The condo was very well stocked with paper goods, soaps, celaning supplies. The furniture was lovely and very comfortable. While a truly beautiful place, I felt my family and I could really relax and not feel intimidated by the lovely furnishings and accessories. The sand collection done by the owners and their family is wonderful. The owners were an absolute delight to work with, truly wanting our stay to be the best it could be. And it was. I will be back again next year!

  After renting for over twenty years at Sea colony this was one of the most fabulous units we have ever rented.The kitchen was well stocked,the decor was cozy and welcoming.The photos accurately reflect the appearance of the condo.You could eat off the bathroom floor.Had we won the lottery I would have bought it on the spot.Did I mention the owners,they were so easy to work with,friendly and accommodating.We were sad to leave.I would highly recommend this property.
