  very nice condo located right on beach. very nice views of ocean. plenty of linens and all kitchen items. tile was alittle dirty, could use a good scrub but overall everything else was perfect. kids liked the shake shop next door. would stay again.

  We loved our stay at 306-S Sunset Vistas. The unit was very clean and had everything we could ask for - even pool toys! The beds were comfortable, the owners were very accommodating, and the property was great. We stayed as a family of 3 with a 2 year old. We used the pull out bed for the 2 year old because we could line the bed with chairs so he wouldn't fall out - the mattress was so new it was still in the plastic! We will definitely be back!

  My husband and I were very impressed with how clean the unit was. The location was superb and the beach was absolutely beautiful in front of the resort. The pool was very nice and clean as well. All the staff that we had contact with were very courtious and kind. Very nice resort! We would definately go back on another vacation. Thank You ITRIP!

  The condo was very clean, well stocked kitchen, towels and linens, great location, beach, and very nice pool. I would stay at this condo on my next visit to the area. Several things to do in the area, we took in Busch Gardens one day, did a boat tour out of John's Pass one day and shopped at International Plaza with my college age child one day.

  This was the first time taking the family to Florida. Our stay at 306 S Sunset Vistas was great! Very clean with ample space and everything you need to feel at home. We were just steps from the beach. Also, the area of Madeira Beach was wonderful. Peaceful but just steps away from shops and restaurants. We had a great visit that week and would stay again. Thanks!

  We've stayed here before, however it was a different unit. Liz at itrip was great-- responded to emails immediately. Place was very clean and tv's were all upgraded, as was furniture. Pool was great, only wish the complex wouldn't allow smoking in the pool area, at least for the kids pool.

  We enjoyed 18 days of fun in the sun! This condo was everything we needed and more. We are a family with a 5 and 4 year old, and we all enjoyed the pools, both the main and the kiddie pool. The beach was amazing, and so close to the condo. We enjoyed evening strolls while watching the sunset. Breath taking! Beds are very comfortable, TVs in all rooms is a bonus. If there was anything we needed, Liz took great care of us and quite promptly. Would highly recommed this condo to others.

  Nice condo. Very clean. But, wish there had been a DVD player in the living room (as opposed to second bedroom). Grounds and pool area were well maintained!! Would stay here again!

  We enjoyed staying at this condo. The pictures of the condo were very good. I loved the beach here. It was walking distance to Johns Path and good restaurants. I would love to stay at this location again.
