  This was my family's first time on the Gulf Coast of Florida. The condo was excellent. It was so spacious no one felt cramped even with three grandchildren. It was the perfect location on the beach, there were no large crowds (this was on the Easter weekend). It was conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurant as well as Destin attractions. The owners were helpful in getting internet access when we arrived. Our stay was perfect and will come back again to Ft. Walton Beach and this condo!

  This property was First Class inside and out and had all the amenities anyone would need for a great family vacation. The owners answered any concerns we had promptly and I would highly recommend this destination to friends and relatives. We look forward to returning.

  This condo was very clean and well appointed. The view was great. We watched the sunrise and sunsets every day of our stay. Since I grew up in Ft. Walton,we spent time trying to find alot of memories and showing our children and grandchildren were I went to school and lived. The owners of this condo are very caring and will help in anyway they can. We would recommend this property and would stay again. Also this time of year is a great time to visit,since the weather was wonderful.

  This condo is beautiful. We've been coming to the Emerald Coast for over 20 years and never tire of it. Bella Riva was perfect for our family. It is very inviting, spacious, and clean. The balcony was well furnished for morning coffee and breakfast while watching the dolphins swim. The property manager, Rhonda was very helpful in getting the internet up and running as well. I would give the unit a 5 star rating except for the bunk bed in the extra room. Our granddaughter slept on it and if she moved it squeaked loud enough to hear it in the den! We were sad some of our family couldn't make the trip, but glad they didn't have to sleep on the bottom bunk because I don't think they would have slept at all. Other than that, the place is wonderful. The ice machine is a life saver. We never had to buy a bag of ice the entire week! That made getting ready to go to the beach a snap. The downstairs storage closet is perfect for leaving all your beach gear down and not having to worry about dragging sand in the condo. We look forward to returning to #301 in the future. It was warm, cozy, and you could tell it was filled with love by the owners!

  My husband and I have been bringing our kids and grandkids to Florida for 5 years now and by far this has been the best vacation ever. When we all walked into the condo at Bella Riva it was simply beautiful...We loved having 4 bedrooms so that everyone would have a bed and not having to make beds down in the living area...The weather was not very good it rained at least once aday but overall we had a great time and will be back to Bella Riva. Rhonda was a DREAM to work with. You better hang onto her... She is the Crown Jewel. The only negative thing that I would have to offer... There was not any mixing bowls to speak of and kitchen towels but you know what we managed!!! Thanks for a wonderful week. The Harris' from Texas

  Very lovely condo and we enjoyed our stay very much. We even had a few maintance issues but the property manager Rhonda took care of them quickly. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much for allowing us to use your condo.

  It was better than any place I've ever rented. It is new, perfect, and a great condo for our group of 10. We love to cook, and the kitchen is a dream. The beach is fabulous. The location is exactly what we wanted.

  My family has been coming to the Florida Beaches for 30 years and this was the best condo we have stayed in. It was beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. Will stay there again next year.

  Bella Riva 301 is the best vacation condo on the Emerald Coast. This was our families 2nd time vacationing in Ft. Walton Beach and we will only stay at Bella Riva. The Condo was beautifully decorated and was equipped with everything we needed for our family. it's the perfect location, close to several restaurants and close to Destin for shopping by the waterfront. The beach is prestine. I would recommend Bella Riva to my friends and family. The owners and the property management company felt like family because they wanted to make sure we had a wonderful vacation and we did. Thank You for a memorable stay, we will be back again soon.

  This is one of the best units we have stayed in. Have been coming to the area for 26 years and this is our third year in a row to Bella Riva. Unit 301 is absolutley beautiful. It being an end unit, has additional windows with more of a view in the living area. There is plenty of space as we had a total of 8 in our party. The unit is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is great with the Viking appliances. One of my favorites things was each room had an IPOD docking station. Had some good music going while we cooked!! There were a lot of personal touches thanks to Rhonda that I have never seen anywhere else that made things easy! We will definitely be back to this unit! Thank you for a great vacation!
