PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
This spacious and tastefully decorated single family house is located in a quite and beautiful deed-restricted community called Deep Creek in Punta Gorda (Port Charlotte). Shopping, entertainment, and beaches are all close by. This 2,500 sq. ft. (235 sq. m.) house with its well-thought-out open-space layout comfortably accommodates 8 people. It has two rooms with 2 twin-size beds each, 1 room with a queen-sized bed and a master suite with an Italian leather king-sized bed. Each room has very large closets and the master suite has 2 walk-in closets. The spacious master bathroom boasts double sinks, a large garden bathtub and an oversized tiled shower. The house also features a separate studio area with desk and ergonomic chair (a second more private desk is available in the master suite), a dining room with an extra large table for eight, a living room with a 47” flat screen TV (the master suite has a second flat screen TV) and Italian leather sofa and lounge chairs. The patio, which is completely screened-in, is furnished with a table/chairs and lounge chairs and it also has a ceiling fan. A bathroom is also conveniently located outside in the patio area which also offers an outside shower. The larger than average swimming pool is heated and can be illuminated at night. The house is equipped with all necessities and conveniences, i.e. appliances - including coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, blender, juicer, mixer, Italian coffeemaker, bread machine, waffle iron – dishwasher, refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, dinner set for 8, wine glasses, margarita glasses/pitcher, 2 sets of glasses, baking items, pots and pans, linens, towels, hairdryer and more. There is also a very spacious laundry room equipped with brand new washer (European style) and dryer, a large utility sink, iron and iron board and vacuum cleaner. Guests will also have at their disposal two bicycles, tennis racquets, swimming pool/beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. Additional pictures available upon request.

Spent a relaxing and very comfortable month in this lovely house. Immaculately clean and uncluttered with a well equipped kitchen. The house was exactly as described in the listing. Very friendly and helpful property manager was close by and took good care of us. Very quiet, well-established neighbourhood, just a short drive to the grocery store. We loved to walk to the pond just up the street to watch the birds gather at sunset. Our favourite restaurant was The Perfect Caper in Punta Gorda. Call "It's Time Kayak and Canoe Rentals" in Port Charlotte for a tour through the mangroves. Would certainly recommend this property - we'd happily rent here again (prompt return of our security deposit too!). Many thanks.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us. It has all the comforts of home. The split floor plan is very nice when entertaining overnight guests. The neighborhood is very friendly, quiet and peaceful. You would never know how close you are to good shopping and restaurants. We loved having a grapefruit tree in the backyard. The grapefruits were great for eating and juicing.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners.
