Charming home on a private creek with a huge wooded yard and large deck located across from The Country Club of Sapphire Valley clubhouse. An amenities center with a pool, miniature golf, golf, and an exercise room are a short walk from the home. Guest passes can be purchased for $15. Town is a 10 minute drive. The inside of the home features a living room with plush furniture and a gas fireplace, a dining room, a full kitchen with ample space and well stocked kitchen supplies, a washer/dryer, 2.5 baths, and 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom, which has sliding doors that open up to the deck, is downstairs and has a king bed. The master bath has a jetted tub and separate shower. One upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a bassinet. The other upstairs bedroom has two queen beds. All rooms have large closet spaces. The backyard is fenced. Crated animals are welcomed with a $250 nonrefundable pet deposit.

About: My sister and I own this property together. It has hosted many Christmases, Thanksgivings, and summer escapes. The creek area is our favorite place to watch our children create fantasy worlds with sticks and rocks; the chairs by the fireplace offer us comfortable spots for escaping from real life into books or movies. We love this place and think you will, too!
