Cottage in a private beach association. 3 walking blocks to the beach. 2 bedrooms. 1st bedroom has a full size bed and A/C. 2nd bedroom has a bunk with trundle and A/C. Living area also has an A/C. Cottage sleeps 2 adults and 2-3 children comfortably. Home is furnished with a micro, stove, fridge, outdoor gas grill. toaster, blender, coffee maker. 3 adult size beach chairs, one child size to take to the beach in a provided Nantucket beach cart. Cable TV, Internet access, DVD/VCR player. Maximum accommodation is 2 adults and 2-3 children. Maximum car accommodation is 2. Towels, Pillows, linens and blankets are not provided. NO smoking. NO pets. WEEKLY rentals only. Personal cell phones are suggested. There is NO house phone available.
