Built in 2006, this ground floor newly remodeled in 2011 boosts 2500 square foot coach home has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 11' ceilings and all the luxuries necessary for a carefree upscale vacation. Additionally, there is a shared community pool and gorgeous fountain just a short walk around the corner. All bedrooms have PRIVATE bathrooms, 32” TV’s and walk-in-closets!
Wake up every morning to a beautiful sunrise overlooking a quiet lake view from your master bedroom suite. The master suite has a king-size bed with two walk-in-closets, a large master bath with an oversized glass shower, large soaking tub, separate his and her vanities and direct access onto the screened lanai. The second bedroom suite includes a queen size bed and a private bath with shower. A third bedroom includes two twin beds and private bath with a large shower. This unit comfortably sleeps six to eight, while the light and bright eat-in kitchen opens to a large family/living room with a WII game console and 42” TV perfect for gathering and entertaining.
The kitchen adjoins the spacious dinning room and opens to a furnished screened lanai with an outdoor grill. Enjoy the beautiful lake views while you grill. All kitchen utensils, bed linens, bath and pool towels are provided for your convenience. A fully equipped laundry room and two car garage with 4 bikes completes this package. The condo was decorated beautiful. It had a very comforting feel. I would go back in a heart beat. It had all the amenities. A wonderful place to vacation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

Beautiful and relaxing! Very convenient location, quiet, nice community. Photos do not do this place justice. Has everything you need. Bathrooms and TVs for everyone! Very clean and well-maintained. Owners were super nice and helpful. I recommend Porky's Last Stand bar for live music and Snook's restaurant on the water.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
