Quaint, quiet and lovely lakeside cottage. Clean, bright and well loved by our family for many years.
Deer visit in the morning and late evening.
Sit on the deck, sipping wine from one of our many incredible wineries all within walking distance.
Master bedroom has a lovely king size bed, with luxury linens and a/c. As well there is room for a cot or playpen in this room if required.
Second bedroom is a double bed with luxury linens.
Bathroom is located in this area of the house with a private close of door for quieter nap or bedtimes for little ones.
This is the perfect romantic getaway of family holiday.

Museum and playground within 5 mins walking. Two small cafes with great treats from icecream to appys.
Lake is crystal clean, mountians change color throughout the day...early morning is beautiful, day time is full of bright sunshine and evening is a time to light the candles on the deck and enjoy the Okanagan.

This quiet area of the Okanagan has an interesting history and a local museum. Kelowna Airport is less than 15 mins ,downtown Kelowna ( should you want the hustle and bustle) is within 25 mins. Farmers market every Friday evening as well as many local farmers selling produce and fruit .Kitchen is fully equipped..if we dont have it just call and we will do our best to provide for your request. Reminds many of the South of France, during the summer.

Wonderful owners. They were very accessible and went out of their way to accommodate us including allowing us to stay an extra night when the highway was unexpectedly shut down and bringing in extra toys and books for our toddler. The cottage is on the smaller side, but it is clean and well-maintained and we didn't want for anything. The town is beautifully quiet and the lake peaceful. We enjoyed visiting local parks, beaches and wineries and whenever we didn't feel like cooking, drove a half hour to Kelowna to enjoy the amenities. Our only complaint is that the water was tinged yellow and had an odd odor to it so we made sure we boiled our drinking water for 10 minutes.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
Owner response: The water is usually clear and odorless. In the very early spring we have what the locals have named, " Oceola Tea" due to the heavy spring run offs. Normally this would not be happening in June or later, rather would occur in late Febuary to March. Bottles water is always a good option if you are unsure or it makes you feel more comfortable. The locals drink this water year round without issue. It is our pleasure to provide a quiet, clean and welcoming cottage. We will do all we can to make your stay with us a wonderful holiday. There are also award winning dining within 15 minutes of our cottage. Kelowna is a half hour away and has probably every type of food one would want.

Have stayed here multiple times. Plan to stay many more. Very quiet, cosy cottage beautifully decorated. Couldn't ask for more friendly, or helpful owners (who are always close by). Ideally situated for beachfront activities, and walking along the water.Located in a wonderful lakeside town that brings back memories of life in a quieter time. Fruit trees on the property to get breakfast from. Deer and quail cross the yard frequently. Close to a small local corner store for groceries, and 5 -10 minutes away from major grocery,meat, and produce outlet. 20 minutes on major highway to Kelowna. Ideal for families, or couples, looking for quality time away from it all. HIGHLY recommended.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
