Spectacular Direct Oceanfront Villa Located at February Point

  Just returned from a 10 day vacation with my family and in-laws to Villa H. What a fabulous vacation home in a perfect destination. This was an amazing time for everyone and the home was a perfect place for everyone to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The 3 bedroom home was well furnished and plenty of room for my 2.5 year old son, my wife and her parents. Having been to the Exuma's several times and traveled to the Caribbean on many occasions for both business and pleasure this home was by far the nicest accommodation I have seen. I'm not sure I could go back to a traditional resort facility after enjoying the beautiful home and location that Villa H has to offer. The protected beach cove and pool are very close and you have a fabulous view from the boat dock of Villa H. We enjoyed many days on the water and the local beaches that are just a short drive or boat trip away. I highly recommend Tropic of Cancer beach on the South East end of the island and Coco Plum beach on the North West end. Just make sure you ask a local for directions because they can be tough to find. For a really nice beach for young children I would head to Jolly Hall Beach just outside Georgetown. Of course there are plenty of great beach's on Stocking Island a short boat ride away. My family hopes to return again next year.

  My husband and I wanted to tell you what a beautiful home you have on Exuma! On a beautiful island that can be a little unpredictable with it's services, we were so very pleased with our rental. The house is beautifully decorated and had every convenience we could have asked for. We snorkeled right off the dock and had no problem pulling up our boat to load up for our trip to Stocking Island! We had a nice experience with Smiley, as well. He offered to check on my husband at the marina when we were having some boat issues. We had a great vacation to Exuma this year and next time we visit, we will hope to rent your home again! The Villa was our little slice of heaven. Happy New Year!

  Beautiful home!!! Our family of 4 + 1 loved staying in your beautifully appointed, and completely equipped home. My favorite place was, of course, the deck over the water!!!! We snorkeled, fished, and swam right off the deck!!!! Exuma is an incredible vacation place, the color of the water is the most beautiful blue/green, absolutely clearest i have ever seen!!! There are wonderful restaurants, well equipped marina, and knowledgeable guides to show you all the great spots to fish, swim, snorkel, swim with pigs, nurse sharks, stingrays, and feed the huge iguanas!!! The home has a great location, right across from Stocking Island, where you must go to the Chat-N-Chill!!! We went there 3 times!!!! We can't wait to return!!!!!

  I stayed here with my family June 2012, and had never been to the Exumas before. The owner was extremely helpful with information and we thought the price was a great value considering the home. The home was amazing and really can't find a thing to critique. It was beautiful, great floor plan, beds were extremely comfortable, just a great experience. The island is beautiful, but it is a must to visit nearby islands and beaches. We will definetly return and the accomadations were 5 star and you won't be disapointed.

  We had two fabulous weeks at the Marco's villa at February Point. The house was spectacular and had all the amenities you could want. We spent every morning and evening at the gazebo on the dock. All of Mike's suggestions panned out, Exuma Cays trip, boat rental, restaurants were great. February Point is a 1 minute drive to downtown George Town, and has very nice tennis courts, fitness and marina, never tried the restaurant there. Just waking up and looking at the view of Elizabeth Harbor was worth the trip. We'll be back

  My wife and I and another couple stayed at Villa "H" for a week and we ALL loved it. We have been traveling the Caribbean for 38 years, and Villa "H" is the finest villa rental we have ever had, without exception. Wonderful location on the island, excellent decoration and finish, quality construction. There was a very nice beach 100 yards away where the water was calm, and the snorkeling was very good and safe. The Bamboo Bistro restaurant was also about 100 yards away, and the food was the best we have ever had in four trips and seven weeks on the island. We are coming back to Villa "H" again next March, when we can stay longer.

  What a fantastic location and property! We have stayed at many villas on many different islands over the years and Villa H ranks right up at the top of the list. The villa itself is beautiful and wonderfully equipped including air conditioning throughout instead of just in the bedrooms as in most villas. The location is spectacular especially if you rent a boat at Minn's and do your own exploration; highly recommended. Our son enjoyed fishing right off the dock at the villa. Our favorite places were snorkeling at Fowl Cay and the blue hole by St. Francis on Stocking Island, the Exuma Cays tour, Forbes Hill beach and Tropic of Cancer beach and of course the Chat "N" Chill. The Exumas are truly breathtaking and the people are incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. We will definately visit again and would absolutely stay at Villa H on a return visit.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  The house was spotless and very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and we were able to have groceries delivered for our arrival which was perfect. Lovely property with very pretty view. working grill for bbqing. Lots of fun at Chat n Chill, Catch a Fire and Staniel Cay. Thanks for a great time!

  The Grand Isle Villa was amazing. Clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, top of the line amenities. The staff friendly and helped plan our excursions every day. The pool and jacuzzi were luxurious, the beach one was spectacular. Exuma is beautiful... one of a kind!! Renting the villa was easy and came with a a golf cart which made getting around very easy. We had access to the golf course, day trips, great restaurants...it was perfect in every way!

  We loved, loved, loved this property. It it a beautiful, spacious house, plenty big for our family of 7. The kitchen was well-stocked, allowing us to cook meals at the place most of our stay. It's proximity to downtown Georgetown was nice. The caretakers of the property were also fantastic, checking in often and quickly responding to a few requests that we had. Overall, our experience with the owner of the property and with the property itself was wonderful. We even checked out a couple of the "Top Ten" spots recommended by the Marcos and now have a new favorite beach in CocoPlum.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers.
