  My husband and I just returned from spending over a month in this villa. We are from Nova Scotia Canada and were worried that it was not going to be as the pictures showed. I must tell you the pictures of the house and pool are very accurate. It was also very clean, the pool was very clean and the pool maintenance people were there every week. During our stay we had friends and relatives visit ,this worked out very well since each section of bedrooms has it's own bathroom ,giving everyone their own space. A quiet neighbour hood, close to attractions, groceries and parks, It was great having a washer and dryer, to keep towels clean for showers and pool. If you wanted to eat out Clermont was 12-15 mins north , or you could go 192 and find anything you wanted to eat. While there we did Disney and of course shopping . We dealt directly with the owner and as others have said she is excellent to deal with .We would recommend this villa to others, and are already planning to use it again. The house has everything you would need to live and we only needed to get groceries , Great spot Thanks Wayne and Kathy

  We had an absolute wonderful time in Florida, we were there 1 week for College softbal spring games for our daughter. This place was idea location for the games, Disney, Old Town and for eating. The house was perfect, plenty of room (8 of us), plenty of towels, and the pool area and hot tub got plenty of use. This was the first time we rented a home and Connie you made it so easy for us, we will be back, thank you! Rob the management person answer all our questions and was a great help. This HOME will be highly recommended to our friends and family. Thanks Again Rick and Beth

  We just returned from 2 weeks in Florida and had a great time, in part because we rented this house from Connie. When I rent a home I do read the reviews which helps in my decision making on which one to rent. This home was everything the web sight says it is and more. We did have a few issues on arrival which Rob, management person, took care of immediately and was followed up with emails from Connie to make sure we were satisfied. I have been renting in the area for the last 15 yrs. and Connie was an excellent owner to deal with. We especially liked the pool/hottub/ excellent lanai and open floor plan. The neighborhood was one of the best we have rented in. Very safe and quite. You are close to everything, especially Disney if thats your thing to do. I told Connie I would like to rent again from her, but in the future ,when I'm retired and can stay longer. So to end, I give this rental an overall 9.5 on a basis of 10 and thank Rob and Connie for making our vacation so great. thanks, Larry

  Connie, we would like to thank you for the wonderful accommodations and want to tell you what a great time we had at your beautiful villa. This was our first time renting a house. You never know what you are going to get when you book online but this house was just as described in the listing. The villa was well-maintained, comfortable and in a great location. It was stocked with everything we needed and was so clean. Renting a house made everything so much more relaxing, and the children enjoyed the pool, air hockey table and pool table. Everyone had their own room and a place to retreat to and having a wash machine was a huge help. Thank you so much and if we hear of anyone wanting to rent a house we will definitely recommend yours.

  We were 100% satisfied with this beautiful home. The house was amazing, clean and in a perfect location. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the area. It was exactly as we imagined it to be from the photos. The pool and SPA was fantastic after a long day at the theme parks. Connie, the owner was excellent in communicating during the whole rental process. The moment we left, we talked about coming back. Thanks again, Connie.

  We would highly recommend this villa! The villa is beautifully decorated with a lot of space for everybody and very Clean! The one level layout was perfect for our needs. The pool area is fenced for child safety, screened and with covered lanai. The pool, spa and game room are so much fun. The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, close to restaurants, grocery stores and parks. The owner Connie is great to work with and she responds promptly to all inquiries, makes renting so easy. We have already recommended this villa to family and friends, and would definitely stay here again in the future!

  Connie, thanks for sharing your lovely "getaway" home with my family and I. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful villa. The house was very clean and spacious. The villa had a nice floor plan and we loved each room of the house. It is located in a peaceful area with perfect location. We visited the Disney Parks, Universal, Legoland and found the location to be close enough to all. The pool was clean and clear, plus the screen over the pool and sitting area keep out everything anyway. The big screen TV was great for movies and we really enjoyed the pool table and air hokey. My family loved it so much and it was hard to leave. Wish we could have stayed another week. Connie was so easy to work with. She answered all my questions and responded to e-mails promptly. The management company was very friendly as well. The instruction binder for locations of attractions, shopping, golf courses and much more, was very helpful. We would love to stay in this villa again for our next vacation! Thanks so much!

  We have visited Disney several times. This is the best villa that we have stayed in so far. The house was just as nice as the pictures shown. Everything was clean and taken care of. The lanai was our favorite place to sit and relax. The pool and hot tub were fabulous! The location and neighborhood were great too! Owners are very kind and quickly responded to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends and look forward to come back again.

  We stayed one week at this beautiful home. Everything was nice, new and exactly as promised. We enjoyed the pool and spa and even used the grill a few nights. We were able to see the fireworks at Magic Kingdom while sitting on the deck by the pool. Walmart is right down the street and Disney is 15 minutes away as described. So nice to have everything close and convenient. We would definitely recommend this house to friends. If we plan to go the rental route for our next Disney trip, we would plan on using this home again.

  We rented this villa for two weeks earlier this month and had an amazing stay. We had 4 adults, 2 school aged children and 2 infants in our party and did not feel crowded once. The villa was clean and spacious. The pictures provided are exactly what you are renting, there are no surprises. The bedrooms were great sizes with lots of closet space, plus 2 linen closets. There were more than enough towels for bathing and swimming, we never ran out. Having the washer and dryer made life very easy. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and everything you need to prepare your meals. The pool was very clean, private and fully screened in. It also had a partially covered patio which was wonderful for the babies and the child safety fence for added security. Disney World and other theme parks are only a 15-20 min drive away. There is plenty of shopping (food and other) in the area as well as a wide variety of restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in a quiet neighbourhood well still being only minutes from all amenities. There are two parks near the villa as well as tennis courts. The rackets and balls were provided and the kids loved having things to do within walking distance. The free internet and calling within North America made it very easy to plan our adventures and stay in touch with family at home. The property owner and management company were wonderful to deal with and answered all our questions quickly. There is an excellent "information package" in the villa for a quick guide to the shopping, restaurants and more. We will definitely stay at this villa again and have already recommended it to friends and family.
