Architect-designed 3200 square foot lodge, built on four levels on one acre homesite off Circle 6 between the Deschutes River and North Golf Course clubhouse and pool.
Our non-smoking home features an open floor plan with 16 foot vaulted hemlock ceilings, conveniently separarting guests structurally, with a four-level design. Casablanca fans and skylights accent the great room, which is highlighted by a 12 foot Russian River rock fireplace hugged with a mantle of lodgepole pine and gold-plated glass doors. The fireplace burns gas and wood.
We have a game room with slate pool table, a living room with 52 inch TV, VCR, DVD and CD stereo and an extra large garage with ping pong, foosball, bikes and second refrigerator. We also have 16 recreation passes for the entire family to access pools and tennis courts.
You will enjoy 1500 square feet of wraparound decks on two levels, partially covered by the roofline and containing new hot tub, log swing, two patio tables and lounges.
Kitchen with maple cabinets and eating bar. Dining room has butcher block table. Bedrooms are master size with cable TV, VCR and DVD. Beds are: King, King w/Queen Futon, King, King w/Built in Sleeping Loft for Two, & Bunkroom with four twins.
We are equipped with every appliance imaginable and our high desert and mountain themes accent the living spaces furnished by an interior decorator. We incorporate designer linens and plush Egyptian cotton towels.
