This 3rd floor condo has three levels - the main floor has a full kitchen, full bath, vaulted ceiling-family room, wood burning fire place, TV, DVD and deck with views of Baldy and Main Street.
2nd floor has 1 master sleeping den with a queen bed - cable TV and closet, and 2nd bedroom with 2 queen beds and closet and a shared full bath.
Climb up to the spacious loft with a full size bed - perfect for multiple kids to share. Loft and bedroom have views of ski mountain.
Free highspeed wifi dedicated for this unit.
Connected to parking lot is the upper village pool and hot tubs for your enjoyment. Parking is plentiful at the unit.

My girlfriend had such an amazing time here. Not only is it in the right place for both skiiing and the nightlife, but has a very cozy, relaxing atmosphere inside the condo itself. The atmosphere was so perfect, that I ended up asking my girlfriend to marry me on the balcony. My wife and I are planning on going back this year for our vacation. I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone interested in staying in Breck for a few days.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We have stayed at this condo 2 times. Once in 2009 and again in 2010 for a ski getaway. It is perfect for getting around Breckenridge. It is comfortable and has a great view of the town and also the slope. All the restaurants are within walking distance. You can catch the ski lift 2 blocks away and then at the end of the day the walk is downhill which is great! The town of Breckenridge is such a great ski town. Hopefully we get to go every year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this condo with my parents and my brother for the holidays. It was a great location! We really couldn’t have asked for a better spot. I don’t like to ski long days so it was easy for me to ski back down to the condo early without waiting or shuttling and my family could keep going. It was great at night too for going out because we could just walk everywhere. The condo is pretty big inside and spread out between the floors. Great views from all the windows! We will definitely be back. We love Breck! Best place for dinner is Relish. The beautiful town Christmas tree was right outside the big windows- make sure to call for reservations. Best everRecommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
