Come enjoy our bright, cozy, secluded mountain condo located among the aspens near the Park City golf course at the base of the Park City Mountain Resort. Ski or snowboard at Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley (no snowboarding) or the Canyons. Enjoy cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, nordic track skiing or the 2002 Olympic jumping park all within minutes of the condo.
This beautiful property is situated in one of the most desirable open space locations in Park City. It is a short walk to the lifts of the Park City Mountain Resort for world class skiing and snow boarding. There is a free shuttle stop right in front of the condo with access to the Deer Valley resort and the Canyons, grocery shopping, restaurants, nightlife and shopping of Old Town Park City on Main Street, the venues for the Sundance Film Festival and more. Beautiful trails for hiking and mountain biking are accessible from the condo and the heated pool, spa, sauna and cabana party room with fireplace are all a short walk away.
Our condo is tastefully decorated and was recently renovated with a bright open fully-equipped kitchen, high ceilings with fans, 2 flat screen (cable) tvs, bluray/dvd, iPod dock, bar seating, dining table with seating for six, gas fireplace, washer/dryer and underground covered parking. Wireless internet service is also available at the condo.
Our condo sleeps six. There is a king bedroom with bathroom (shower) on the main floor. The upstairs level has a queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is a bathroom with tub/shower between the two upstairs bedrooms. There is also a 1/2 bathroom on the main floor near the kitchen area.
Summertime provides a variety of activities right at the Park City Mountain Resort including a thrilling zip line through the trees, an alpine slide, alpine coaster, miniature golf and any number of other outdoor activities including hiking, mountain biking, golf, tennis, boating, concerts and symphonies at Deer Valley, the annual Park City Arts Festival and all of the shopping, restaurants and nightlife available on Main Street in Old Town Park City.

Our family of 6 stayed for 10 nights over Spring Break, and the condo was perfect for us! The condo and its amenities were new and very clean. It was very nicely decorated and cozy -- we felt like it was our home. Right inside the door of the condo is a perfectly-sized undressing area with ample room to store your skis, boots, and outerwear. While the living room is not massive, we really enjoyed being close to the fire as we lounged after spending our days on the slopes. Close proximity to Park City Mountain Resort is exactly as advertised: we walked less than 5 minutes to the slopes each day with our skis (and all 4 kids, including our 6 and 8 year olds). Our kiddos enjoyed playing in the snow in the common space of the condos - an extra bonus! Additionally, this condo is located in short driving distance (or bus - the stop is right at the end of the driveway) to Deer Valley Ski Resort, grocery stores, pharmacies, a movie theater, etc. -- all just as advertised. We arrived very late at night, and Julie's excellent directions and descriptions made finding and accessing the condo very easy. The owners were fabulous hosts, easy to work with, and very responsive -- we felt like we had our own personal concierge giving us recommendations for restaurants, ski rental places, etc. If you are looking for a nice 3 BR condo close to Park City Mt. Resort, you need not look any further! We would HIGHLY recommend this condo to friends and family! Thanks for sharing your mountain home with us!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

This condo was at most a 5 min walk to the Eagle Lift at Park City Mountain Resort. Because of the proximity to the resort, we were able to easily come back to the condo for lunch, saving quite a bit of money rather than eating on the mountain. The Park City Free Shuttle was just a few steps away, however we chose to either walk to the grocery store or use taxis due to the cold weather. This condo is well quipped with cooking utensils, games, a dvd player, and basics such as trash bags, dish detergent, and some spices. The owners were incredibly helpful and responsive when we had trouble with the thermostat/furnace---it was fixed immediately and we were not inconvenienced in the slightest. My only negative in regards to this condo would be that it is a very tight space for more than 4 adults. We had a group of five, and although there are enough beds and a large enough table, the family room area did not seat 5 comfortably. This condo would fit 4 adults or a group of 5+ if the children are small.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children.

The condo was very lovely, the kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The loacation was perfect- as it was next to PCMR and a short bus ride to Park City Main Street. We did not rent a car and had no problem getting around without one. The PC bus system was very dependable and the car services were very easy to call; they even called for one at the grocery store for us. The owners were very accomadating and friendly, it was evident that they take great pride in there condo and wanted their guests to enjoy themselves. If I was to come back to PC I would defently contact them and stay here again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: Our family has lived and skied in Utah for over forty years. We love all of the outdoor activities the Park City area has to offer and the convenience our condo offers in terms of accessibility to world class skiing and great summer trails.

We have enjoyed skiing and recreating in the Park City area for years and were drawn to the location and open space this property offers. The lifts of the Park City Mountain Resort are an easy walk from the condo, yet the condo is peaceful and quiet, set back from the street, among the aspens and by a mountain stream. The property is set alongside the Park City golf course and boasts open spaces, views, streams and ponds and endless summer and winter activities. All of this is less than 30 miles from the Salt Lake City International Airport.

We love walking directly to the lifts of the Park City Mountain Resort for skiing, coming home to the condo for lunch and soaking in the heated pool or spa after a long day on the slopes with views up to the lighted night skiing runs.
