This is a nicely decorated, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium, adjacent to a preserve area which has walking/biking trails. It is a first level, end unit. There is a lanai and a deck on back side of condominium. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, including plenty of cooking and serving dishes.
There is plenty of storage space, with each bedroom boasting a large walk-in closet. There is a pantry located in kitchen and an abundance of additional cabinet space in kitchen and dining area.
There is a queen-size bed in master bedroom and two twin beds in guest bedroom. The couch in living room pulls out to a queen-size bed and can sleep two. There is a new purchased washer and a dryer in the condominium. It is a non-smoking, no pets allowed unit.
Fiddler's Green is located between Englewood and Boca Grande. Gulf beaches and fishing are within a ten- to 15-minute drive. There are many excellent restaurants and plenty of shopping close by, in Englewood, Boca Grande. Shopping malls at Port Charlotte are only a 20-minute drive away. There are many parks and nature trails within a ten-mile radius.
Condominium amenities include two swimming pools, tennis courts, shuffle board, a library with over 500 books, and many community events. Weekly activities include cocktail parties, coffee hours,card parties, bridge clubs, water aerobics classes, Computer club, Red Hat Society get togethers, and much more.
Our rental fee structure is calculated to be competitive (usually lower) with comparable units in Fiddlers Green and/or general area.
