This 4 bedroom condominium is located in the heart of Maine's west central mountains. We've recently completed some exterior clean up and installed new walkways. Along with the maintenance we done some landscaping which has dramatically improved the view of the lake!
The condominium is one of nine units on four-plus acres. It is a short walk to the village of Rangeley, its quaint shops, fine restaurants, and friendly lounges.
NEW: The Rangeley Health and Fitness Center is now open. A full fitness facility available to the public is less than one mile from the property! The cardio machines have a spectacular view of Rangeley Lake and the mountains.
There is a sandy beach on the property for summer fun. In the winter, you can snowmobile from the door out to the lake and the regions outstanding groomed trail network. The Rangeley Lakes area has it all: hunting, fishing, canoeing, boating, hiking, lots of moose and other wildlife, plus cross-country and downhill skiing.
The condominium has a roomy first floor with open floor plan, full kitchen with all the extras, fireplace, and deck to front lawn. The second and third floors each have a full bath and two bedrooms. We just added DirectTV and an HD TV!

Why the Owner Chose Rangeley
I first visited Rangeley when I was 7 yrs old. I loved it then and I love it now. I spent a part of most summers as a child and young adult in Rangeley and finnally had the chance to buy in 1999 and I am glad I did. It is a beautiful and peaceful area and I now have good friends there.
