I am delighted to present this sophisticated, modern & high specification apartment that is situated in a prime Central London location. This is the perfect apartment for couples, small families, businesspeople and small groups of friends that wish to experience high-end Central London luxury, close to lots of interesting places at a price that’s great value for money.

The property is just a few minutes’ walk from Farringdon underground train station (Zone 1), making it a very convenient location to explore everything that London has to offer. The local area is popular with some of London’s most affluent and has plenty of nice bars, great restaurants, attractions and clubs for the perfect evening out.

The apartment has a spacious & modern open plan kitchen and living area. It is tastefully decorated with some beautiful artwork that fits well with the vibe of the area. The sofa bed converts to a large double bed, and one unique feature of this apartment is that the living area can be completely closed off, giving more privacy to those sleeping in the living room. The living area has a large wall-mounted TV, a great sound system and plenty of DVDs which means that you can enjoy a fantastic evening indoors in your very own home cinema. There are also plenty of books and games to keep you entertained should you choose to stay in and relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the views from the huge terraces in the property. The bedroom is luxurious, consisting of a large and comfortable bed and its own private balcony. From the balcony there are great views of the city, perfect at any time of year. Also included is a flat screen TV with over 50 channels, plus plenty of storage space for all of your belongings.
