THE BEST LOCATION IN PALM SPRINGS: Come see for yourself! You are so close to everything yet this complex is so quiet and private. Being in Northern Palm Springs is ideal as it is about 15 degrees cooler than Southern Palm Springs. In addition, the light breeze that comes through is so amazing. Since the condo is so established and mature in its landscaping, you never have any sand blowing which is really important. The condo sits on the upper corner with no neighbor next door and near other units that are not often visited by their vacation owners. It's very peaceful and very few ever walk by. If you like to meet new friends, the center pool has more action depending on the time of day. Palm Villas I offers 24/7 Security and has fantastic management. The pools are heated (as most are not in Palm Springs) and they are cleaned everyday along with the Spas. This complex is very safe, well lit and is not gated. Perfect ease in and out and lots of parking!

We just visited Palm Springs for our first time and spent a week at this condo. The photos are very accurate and the condo kitchen is very well equipped with newer utensils and equipment and has high-end type appliances. We have stayed at many HomeAway/VRBO locations around the country and this one was by far the cleanest-absolutely spotless. The queen sized bed is a memory foam mattress which was new to us but after the first night's sleep, we became believers! This is definitely a two person condo; it is very nice but compact and probably not suitable for additional guests. This is a very nice, quiet location on the far North end of Palm Springs. There is a coin operated laundry right downstairs from the condo which was very convenient and one of the pool areas is right downstairs as well. The pool area was lightly populated and also very clean and comfortable with both shade and full sun available. The grounds were well kept and nicely landscaped. There are a variety of restaurants in "downtown" Palm Springs - most have lovely outdoor patios. Two favorites were LG's Steakhouse - typical highend steaks and great tableside-made Caesar Salad. Also, Tropicale; just kitty-corner from the very nice Spa Casino - where Sushi Sunday is a big draw with a good variety and excellent. We ate there twice and loved both meals (try the fried chicken, you won't be disappointed!) We played golf several times in the Palm Desert area - next visit we will spend more time on the Palm Springs courses, closer to the condo. We also enjoyed a day trip to Temecula - Old Town and Wine Country were definitely worth a visit...although it is close to a 2 hour drive. The owners are very easy to work with and we enjoyed the welcome bottle of wine they left for us. We highly recommend this condo and expect to enjoy stays at other condos this owner has available in the future. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. It isn't large, but it is plenty of room for a couple. Everything is updated and beautiful. The view of the mountains is breathtaking. The owner, Jennifer, is very nice and I appreciated the tips she gave me as I was a 1st time renter on Homeaway. Everything you need for a comfy stay is provided in the unit, and is first class. Jennifer is the ultimate hostess! The condo is LUXURY! I got lost looking for it-because I was very tired-her directions were correct, Jennifer stayed on the phone with me until I got to the front door-which really impressed me! The condo has been renovated with first class amenities in mind. Its very quiet even though the pool is near, very relaxing and you can see the view of the mountain and tram entrance from the picture window. A bottle of wine was very apprecaite too! What a fantastic property - it had looked great on the website, but was even better for real! It was immaculately clean and everything listed in the description was there. The kitchen and bathroom are really well done (particularly like the automatic lights in the bathroom!), beautifully decorated and well equipped. It's on the second floor - which is a bonus - the ground floor condos looked as if they'd be very dark - and it also has the benefit of having a side window in the dining area with the most spectacular views of the mountains. The pool was clean with plenty of seats and sunbeds, but as we were usually the only people there, that was never going to be a problem. There was an electricity cut one day (a tree cutter had cut through a power cable). When the power came back on, ours didn't, but the service we got from the owner and the local manager was perfect and we were soon back on (and we got a bottle of wine for our inconvenience!) Although the property is close to the main road, there isn't much noise from the traffic. The laundry is conveniently under the property. We had an absolutely lovely stay! The condo was immaculate and well appointed. The community was quiet and very nicely maintained. The location is perfect, with beautiful views. Just a quick drive to downtown and other local attractions. We had a wonderful vacation, thank you for the great stay!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This completely renovated condo feels like the home in California that I would want to own! Tastefully decorated and immaculate, with incredible mountain views from every window. Owner provided fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and utensils, brand new furniture and an incredible TV. I enjoyed my coffee on the patio each morning and relaxed in the hot tub at the end of the day. It was a perfect vacation. I will stay there again!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
