  Arrivant de France ,nous avons découvert une maison grande, belle, exceptionnellement bien équipée (le descriptif est à la hauteur de la réalité) pour notre séjour du 22 décembre 2012 au 01 janvier 2013. La décoration est particulièrement soignée et tendance. On se sent à l'aise comme chez soi. L'espace extérieur est incontestablement le point fort de cette location : de grandes terrasses au soleil toute la journée,plusieurs espaces intimes et aux ambiances différentes s'articulent autour de la maison. La piscine et le jacuzzi chauffés et enchanteurs ont fait la joie de nos enfants qui y ont passé leurs journées. N'oublions pas Steve le propriétaire, un homme charmant, souriant et joyeux qui nous a accueillis d'une façon remarquable et de délicieuses et délicates attentions nous attendaient à notre arrivée ( en particulier les cadeaux qui attendaient nos jeunes enfants sous le sapin de Noël). Un paradis sur Terre. Merci merci Steve. A réserver les yeux fermés.

  This rental is perfect for a relaxing and easy getaway. It is a beautiful house with 3 king beds (all comfy), big screens in each bedroom and living room. Kitchen is fully stocked even including a kitchen aid and coffee grinder! Owner has thought of EVERYTHING including beach chairs and umbrella and cooler for the beach. The outdoor space if fully landscaped and incredibly beautiful - pool and sauna A+, BBQ and outside eating area beautiful with even a hammock to relax while grilling. Awesome location - close to downtown and beach. Owner very accomodating and pleasant. Highly recommend this place as a rental.

  I have previously stayed at this owner's property across the street. I thought that home was perfect. Now I find he has done it again. The home was perfect. Everything you could need, clean, beautiful. It was like being in paradise. 3 beautiful bedrooms with a bathroom attached. Gorgeous brand new kitchen, flat screen TVs in each room. But the piece d' resistance is the gorgeous back area with the pool, separate seating and eating locations with a barbecue grill and hammock. Magnificent lighting in the evening. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Near to all shopping, restaurants, beach and the owner was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this to anyone.

  We were very pleased with our vacation stay. The home was recently remodeled and very clean. Steve, the owner, thought of everything. The kitchen was fully supplied with all necessary equipment. The layout was spacious and the bedrooms were arranged in such a way to afford considerable privacy. Linen was high quality and there were plenty of towels for the bathrooms and for use around the heated pool. The new pool and spa functioned nicely and the patio area was supplied with all sorts of outdoor furniture and accessories and was pleasantly landscaped. The home was done very tastefully in modern decor accented with a surprising amount of fine artwork. Steve and his brother Paul greeted us upon arrival, showing us how everything worked and where to find everything. This was such a very private, peaceful and relaxing location that we found ourselves preferring the back yard area to going to the beach. The neighborhood was also pleasant enough to feel comfortable about taking walks, which we did just just about every day. There was also a full-size grocery store and pharmacy within walking distance. We would definitely recommend this place, and if we return to Fort Lauderdale, we will try to books it again.

  I hate to start of a review with a negative but the only thing I can say that is wrong with the place is that once you enter the compound it's very hard to leave! The pictures do not do this home justice, everything is first class through out and very comfortable. We were 2 couples in town for a long weekend and quite frankly did not do much outside of the home and had one of the best weekends away in a very long time. Three great bedrooms all with ensuites, great kitchen, great music system through out the home and yard, the grounds are stunning!!!The pool and hot tub are perfect and the neighbourhood was quite and safe and very central to everything. We can not wait to return for a an extended stay. The owner is very gracious and accomodating and we are grateful that he has shared this treasure.

  We were three couples from Finland to have a golf holiday, but, wanted to stay near restaurants and shopping. The house had a good location; it was tastefully furnished and very well equipped. We loved to swim in the big pool and have massage in the spa after golf. The ViFi was super and high-speed; we could even watch broadcast transmissions from Finland. The owner was friendly and helpful and had a nice surprise for us on our arrival. Had friends over and they too were immediately impressed by the house. We just loved our stay so much that we did not want to move to another place as planned and luckily were able to extend our stay with another week. We can highly recommend it to everyone.

  We felt like we were at home the moment we walked in the door!!! Fully equipped kitchen, simply gorgeous pool and gardens, fantastic location--close to shopping and the beach. The owner was very accomodating---when we arrived at 1AM he was there to meet us with smiles and treats. We have used homeaway before but never have we been so satified and happy with our accomodations. We will be back and are telling all of our friends about our great stay. Marie and Daniel---New York

  For english review, see below. Vi bodde i detta hus i 2v i mars 2012 (6 vuxna o 3 småbarn) och det var ett fantastiskt hus både vad gäller standard och faciliteter som läget! Vi kan verkligen starkt rekommendera detta hus då det mer än motsvarade våra förväntningar. Poolen o spaet är underbara, vi ville inte åka hem efter våra 2v. Mina föräldrar kallade det för sin bästa semester någonsin! Tveka inte, ni blir inte besvikna! Tack också till Steve för sin hjälpsamhet vad gällde våra önskemål om barnsängar och råd och tips. We stayed in this house for 2 weeks in March in 2012 (6 adults and 3 small children) and it was an amazing house both when it comes to facilities and standard as well as the location! We very strongly recommend this house as it met and went far beyond any of our expectations. The pool and the spa is just absolutely wonderful, we did not want to leave after our 2 weeks. My parents said it was their best vacation ever! Don´t hesitate, you will NOT be disappointed! A big thank you to Steve for his help regarding our needs for the children and for his advice and hospitality! Best regards, Lars & family
