We visited family at the lake and used this lake front home as our headquarters. The house had a boat slip available and had been beautifully remodeled. It is set up to accomodate several couples for a fun lake vacation.Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Labor day weekend 2011, Tony and Colleen were great. Very attentive and even checked on us when we stayed out past sunset, to make sure we did not break down in the boat or get lost on the water. They also own a restaurant nearby that is very good. Should you need anything they live just down the block. Pictures do not do the house justice. 3 Bedroom ranch that has been redone. New furniture is great along with all the TV's and channels. Our girls loved it. Garage is big enough for a 16-19 foot boat or water toys. Kitchen was very nice with granite and all the cooking items you may need. Boat ramp is just a few hundred yards away, easy in and out. Plenty of room to swim down there as well. Marinas are 5-10 minutes in either direction. We would go back.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

About the owner: I have lived on this street for 35 years. Along with other family members. We just love it here, because it is so close to the water. Boating on Beaver Lake is so wonderful, as the water is absolutely clear. we own tony cs italian gardens restaurant for 28 years it it located 1 mile , rentals, all come with a free breafast or italian dinner we also have a ajoining cocktail lounge live music/free taxi service come and enjoy our homes and southern hospitality

The Unique Benefits at this House:
Walking the dog will be a great delight, as there are hills and all nearby roads lead right back to the vacation rental. If you want to get out in the morning for a walk, you will likely see the sunrise with a reflection on the beautiful water and bluffs. Take a stroll at sunset to see the other side of the lake. Bring your jet ski, boat, kayak and swimwear. You will need it here! You can launch your boat or watercraft in 1 minute from the home. The boat launch is just down the street. You can park your car/truck & trailer at launch site with no worries. Bring a tent and chairs to make your own picnic area while others are playing on the water right in front of you. Joyfull!
