Deluxe, modern, Oceanfront house in area of exclusive homes.
All tile and marble floors, ceiling fans in every room. The ocean view master bedroom has its own marble & granite bath. Awaken to ocean view from bed. House is very well-furnished, equipped and very clean. Great room has a 18-foot high clerestory with electric windows. This is a very private ocean front home.
Beach is wide, warm, and the sand consistency allows one to ride bicycles or walk for miles. The famous Cocoa Beach Pier or, Jetty Park, is just a 20 minute walk on the beach, three minutes by car.
Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach is a resort area with many places to eat from McDonald's to gourmet. Our modern, delux beach house is also close to a major Mall, Multi-Plex Theater, and Super Wall-Mart.
We are by far the best value on the beach front! It is common for our guests to remark that our property is "even better than the pictures."
Our beautiful home offers privacy and tranquility, yet it is surprisingly easy to get to all Orlando attractions via the express "Beach Line" (528). Owner lives in Caretaker's Cottage which is at entrance to the property, beach house is up the dirive on the ocean front. We are there if needed, but, your privacy is a priority.
